giggles echoed through the moderate sized room, playful taunts of 'not being able to find me' made you give occasional laughs as you played along with her little game.
"i wonder where she could be!" you spoke in a sing - song type voice, a light bounce in your step as you moved throughout the room. another giggle, and it was closer than before so it told you that you were near her hiding spot.
"and... i gotcha!" you laughed, bending down and pulling her from her spot behind the couch. the little sister let out a scream, but one of joy instead of fear. her arms flung around your neck as you spun around, careful not to drop her.
loud, thudding steps came in time as she told you she began to feel sleepy, and you took no hesitant steps towards the big daddy entering the room. his green orbs stayed on you as you placed her down, soon watching her rush to him and cling to his leg.
"alright, take her to a crawl space safely please, i'll be waiting for our next game of hide n' seek tomorrow."
