Ashton's p.o.v
"You left me!" I heard Abby crying.I don't know where she is, where I am. All I hear is her cries. She won't stop screaming.
"Abby! Where are you?" I yelled, at the top of my lungs.
She didn't reply. She just kept weeping.
"Abby!" I yelled once again, almost losing my voice.
"Leave you sick bastard! I don't need you! All you do is hurt me!" I heard her yell at me.
Abby was behind me, I know it. The thing is, it was pitch black. I couldn't see a thing. All I could do is hear, it was torture.
"I'm sorry! I'm so sorry..." I cried.
"No you're not! If you cared, you wouldn't leave me!" Abby screamed.
I turned around and felt her breath against my checks. She was inches in front of my face, but I couldn't see a single part of her.
"I know I let you down. Just understand, I love you! But I need to chase my dreams, prove that I'm more than a loser. I want to be a musician," I explained.
She didn't reply, all she did was slap me, right across the face. It was pain, pain that I deserve for hurting such a precious human being.
"I don't want to leave you, I have to," I cried in agony.
"Don't talk to me again you pathetic excuse for a boy," she spat in my face before slapping me again.
I knew she was crying. I could sense it. I'm such a fuck up. I don't deserve her, I never did.
All the sudden the darkness turned to light. I could see again. Where was I?
That's when I saw Abby sitting in the chair at the corner of the room. I was in her bed, it was the middle of the night.
She was crying, staring at her phone.
I heard her mutter something, "Why does he have to leave? Leave me here with this..."
She was reading those nasty comments when she realized I was awake, looking at her. I was drenched in sweat. Was that just a dream I had? Was that darkness all just my imagination? It seemed so real.
End of Chapter 37
I'm sorry if this chapter is a bit confusing. The part in italics was just a nightmare Ashton had.
