as we race down the hill i'm aware of everything about him.his hands holding tightly onto mine.his smile shining brighter than any star (in my opinion)his green eyes sparkling.

he laughs out loud when he sees me looking. then spins me around and pulls me flush against him "I'll never finish falling in love with you Greenberry" he pecks my lips. a blush explodes on my cheeks. "you-you love me?" he smiles "what do you think?" I shrug "Nah jorden fey falling in love...ridiculous" he smirks "oh really?" I push him playfully "yes I stand by my decision" I turn. jorden sigh's "there really is no one like you Greenberry" I spin "oh really?".his face changes then. vulnerability covers his features and he blushes lightly "it's just when I first knew I love you I realized I've never loved anyone as I love you magnolia". he pushes a loose strand of hair behind my ear." oh shut up now your making it all mushy".

jorden fey.this boy just walked into my heart like he always belonged there, he took down all my walls and lit my soul on fire! he smirked that infuriating smirk I have missed so freakin much.

"I love this...when you look at me and...smile," I say awkwardly. " I'm not the one making this mushy" he points at me "you are" I shake my head "no! you're the one professing your love for me" the smirk grows as he pulls me closer again "that's right" he whispers. I push him away "let's go fey!" he gives me a look of fake hurt. then grumbles "fine" and with that, we take off down towards the city of alzar.

when we reach the first row of glasshouses I stop running and stare at the street ahead of us pink lanterns are floating above us casting a pink glow over everything.i turn to jorden his hair turned a sort of orange colour in the light. it makes me think of clarity. then I remember the note Chris showed me. the one morfian sent to jorden. jorden looks to me "hey are you alright maggie?" I look up to him and smile. he loves me. just me.

"never better" he smiles and grabs my hand dragging me into the festival. It's all a blur of music and lights. and jorden's smile masking everything else.and for a moment even with all the fairies and mermaids dancing around me I feel normal for the first time in my life.having someone here with me like jorden." your beautiful" he whispers so low I almost don't hear him. Chris and I split up to find Fri and Lilian.I'm walking among a group of pixies when I see her. her bright white hair the goofy smile plastered on her face her one violet eye shining as she happily sings along to the music. looking at Lilian the way she used to look at me. I loved her but when I told her...she was THE one she got scared and left me.there's been others since then jorden, Chris, maybe even magnolia for a little while. but they aren't Friday. I just want her, all her flaws, mistakes, smiles, giggles, jokes, sarcasm. everything I just want her. I can't talk to her I just can't. tears start to spill from my eyes." damn it Alice keep it together!" I say under my breath. at least she's happy.

everywhere I look I see her.clairty.her voice rings in my head like a church bell. "chris?chris are you there?" she's trying to reach me and I can't take it anymore. "hey little goose" I feel her relax "Chris are you in alzar?" I gulp suppressing any emotion "yeah" I feel her tense "Chris what's wrong? you sound sad?" wouldn't you like to know. "I'm fine Clair don't worry.anyway what did you need?" "morfian let me go. I don't know why but... I'm at the clock tower if you could come help me" that's suspicious "yeah ok Clair I'm on my way" I sever the connection and set off at a run to the clock tower. 

when I get there I look for the familiar redhead of curls when someone taps me on the back.i turn to look it's a girl with the same red-gold hair as my clarity but she's older 13 or 14 maybe." can I help you" she gives me a confused look "Chris it's me"suddenly the realization hits me.this is clarity." how uh-why-you look older" by seven years!she shrugs "morfian must have done somthing. personally, though I like it don't you?" she asks doing a quick spin. how in the hell did this happen!!!

she stares at me expectantly. of course, I like it I would like it if you were wearing a garbage bag on your head and clothes made of wood! but all I say is "yeah sure I guess" her spirits seem to drop slightly. good, I say to myself that's good! just then she springs into action. jumping up and swinging her boot to collide with my forehead. I stumble backward. she laughs bitterly "your weak Chris you couldn't hurt me if you tried. the reason morfian made me older is so I'd have a better chance of beating you" with each word she says the pain in my chest grows."not that I need it!" she yells and lunges forward. people are staring parting making a circle. placing bets.it's what fairies do. "I don't want to hurt you Chris" she looks almost sad "it's not personal..." she pauses looking for the next word "strictly business" she smirks and nimbly steps forward.

PLOT TWIST!!! I know I know I promised a nice happy lovey-dovey chapter but well... too bad. I felt like doing this (actually this broke my heart I'm lying) I thought it was the best thing for the story right now (no I didn't but everything else was so mushy something had to go wrong!!!"
