Touch, the first communication with a newborn,
One vital sense for the blind, touch.
Under the moon — a lover's embrace, touch
Cuddling the pet you love, touch
Hugging your friends for comfort, touch.

Making, breaking, healing, dealing,
Everything revolves around a touch.

Nothing but security and reassurance, was a touch.
Only until now, when that mere touch is dreaded.
Touch me not companion, six feet, stay safe.

A/N When the whole world is under lock down due to CoVid19, please stay at home and stay safe. Think about the health care professionals who are fighting for you. I know how important that touch is for you, but now it's a war, fight it and help in your own way.
