Sorry this took forever, I started writing it with so many different characters and none of them seemed to work. And it's not as witchy as I was hoping it would be. I hope you still enjoy it!

"This is so unfair," you say, glaring at your mother even though she is behind you and can't see you.

"It is your duty as a highborn lady. You will join our house with the Stark's, making us more powerful and giving the king of the North an heir. And you will not run away this time, I have made sure of it."

"Let me guess, more guards at the ceremony, some outside my chamber, I'm not to be left alone in my chambers?" You slump down in the chair you are sitting in.

"Yes, and given what happened when we tried to bring you here, I dare say it is needed." You sigh loudly, folding your arms in front of you.

When you had arrived at the war camp, you had tried to run away. Your families arrival had made a huge fuss around the whole camp that you had thought you would be able to slip away. But some Robb Starks men had seen you so you were caught fairly quickly.

The opening of your tent flaps open and a guard steps in. You know this is the signal that it is time. Time for you to become something that you had never wanted to become. A queen, a person responsible for thousands of life's.

Staring at the vial in front of you, you slowly lift it up and place it just above the one next to it. You slowly tip it in, watching as the two liquids mix and become just the perfect color of red. The same color as the wine sitting next to you.

You pick up the vial with mixed concoction and gently swirl it around, making sure it is as mixed as possible. If not, it will change the taste of the wine, alerting the drinker that something is not what it seems. Once you are sure it is ready, you tip it into the wine, a small smile forming on your face.

"Are you all right?" Robb asks softly, low enough that the other people at the table with you will not hear. This whole dinner he has been acting strangely towards you, though your not sure why.

"I'm fine, my lord. Just weary. I'm not used to living in a war camp yet." He pulls away from you slightly, placing a hand on your knee.

"Soon enough we will go to Winterfell," he replies, looking around the table. The past few weeks have been hard on everyone, although you hadn't lost a battle yet, you were all feeling more homesick the farther away from the north you went.

"How does the wine taste tonight?" Your body starts to stiffen a bit, but you remind yourself to act normal and let your muscles relax. Know one has ever known about your habits, you have always made sure to keep it hidden.

"It tastes fine, my lord. Not as strong as what I'm used to is all." You lift it to your lips, taking a sip of the concoction you had made earlier.

"Mine seems quite strong. Would you like another cup?" Your heart starts beating quicker in your chest. You lean closer to him to be sure only he can hear you.

"What did you see?"

"Enough to know that you're some sort of witch. What did you do to the wine? You brought the cup from your tent and are drinking it yourself."

"It's not poison. I may not like the fact that I was forced to wed you but that doesn't mean I tried to poison myself."

"Then what is it?" He says it louder, and you see some of the lords looking glance towards the two of you.

"It helps me to not get pregnant. I do not wish to have a child in a war camp or during a time of war at all. And if you suspect me of being a witch, why don't you tell everyone hear about it?"

"You know as well as I that they would not be accepting of you as their queen if they found out. And you have made an excellent queen so far." You sir up straight in your seat, not sure what to say to that. "Next time, make sure your tent is tied shut. If one of my men had seen you, my hands would be tied."

"Why are you protecting me?"

"Because you're the queen of the north, and my wife. And I have begun to grow feelings for you." You look down at his hand that still rests on your knee. You place your hand on top of his, and squeeze it gently.

"Thank you. I suppose I should stop trying to push you away so much."

"I understand that this isn't what you wanted. Don't force yourself to have feelings for me. We can do what needs to be done for the sake of the north and then not sleep together at all of that is what you wish. I just want you to be happy." You nod your head slightly, taking a deep breath.

"You are a kind man Robb Stark. And probably to good for me." He raises you hand to his lips, kissing the back of it.

"I don't know about that. I do know that you are a strong, smart woman. Even if I have only known you for a month." You grin are him, leaning your body against his.

You had never wanted anyone to know about your secret, fearing for your life. You knew of red witches, but they at least had their faith to protect them. Now that someone knew and still accepted you for who you were, it was the best feeling in the world.
