THE NEXT NIGHT...
I get out the car and rush to the doorbell.
"Tell him to hurry up Val." Alondra says waiting.
"Got it." I say ringing on the bell.
I wait for a moment then the door opens to show a not satisfied Ethan. He looks mad.
"Hey." I mumble.
"Hey." His voice is raspy. No lie that sounded sexy.
"Is Grayson ready yet?" I ask.
"Gray!" He turns his head a bit and yells for Grayson.
Then he looks at me as I wait.
I can feel him staring at me with his eyes going up and down.
"So you guys going on a first date or something?" He asks and I can tell he's trying to push my buttons.
"No we're all going to a night club. Do you want to come?" I asked since I felt bad for not inviting him.
"Nah." He says and crosses his arms smirking.
"Okay." I shrug.
"Tell him we'll be waiting in the car." I look at him and leave.
He was shocked probably because I didn't care he said no and I didn't beg him to come. It's his life and he can do whatever he wants with it for all I care.

About three minutes later Grayson finally comes in. He sits in back with me as Maria sits in passenger while Alondra drives. When Alondra drives off I see Ethan standing at the doorway with his arms crossed, watching as we drive off.

We arrive at the club and head inside after Alondra got us in because she's half cousins with one of the securities.
It's so cool to see everyone care free. They just have fun and leave all their worries out the door.
Maria and Alondra pull me to the dance floor and we all start dancing.
Grayson joins.
Suddenly other people are dancing with us like they know us.
We go to the bar and take shots of Hennessy. After that we go back to dance and kind of spread apart because the huge crowd.
A guy comes up to me dancing around me and I laugh because what's happening. Then suddenly Ethan comes.
"Hey dude back up and give her some space." He pushes the guy away.
"Eth-" I say feeling bad for the guy and confused of how Ethan was here.
"My bad asshole." The guy says to Ethan and goes away.
"What is your problem? What- what are you even doing here?" I ask him angrily.
"Beautiful, you're my problem. We're stuck for life now and I have to make sure you're safe all the time." He smirks.
"You disgust me." I shake my head and leave looking for Grayson.
At first I can't find him anywhere.
Then I turn and see him dancing with a girl, he's about to kiss her. Part of me feels hurt but the other part of me is happy for him.
He then looks at me and realizes I saw him but I turn away real quick.
"Val!" He comes after me.
I act dumb like I didn't hear or see him.
He catches up to me and turns me around.
