6. Battle of the sexes

Natalía
"Where's Kaitlyn-Rose?"
"She's not here yet. She should have been already." Her best friend scratched his head looking as puzzled as the rest of us. Everyone was here. Only my daughter was missing.

I was standing a few feet from Marc when a blonde flew past into his arms. "Oh Marc! It's been so long. I've missed you." 'Oh Marc?' Marc seemed stunned. He didn't even blink. That's how shocked he was. "Excuse me." I squeezed my way between her and my husband and she drew back. I got a good look at her. To say I was shocked was an understatement. "What the hell are you doing here?" I looked at Marc. "Andrea?" She smiled at him. He frowned. I positioned myself more in front of him blocking her view. I didn't want her eyes on my husband. "Care to explain what you're doing here in London at my daughter's graduation? Aren't you too old to be playing these games?"

I had gotten over the initial shock of seeing her. Now I wanted to claw her eyes out. It's been twenty-two years. Her face was sagging and her implants look like they'd been punctured. They were drooping. "You're almost sixty. Don't you think it's time to leave my husband alone?"
"I have no idea what you're talking about. I'm here because my son graduated today." I'm not even sure I wanted to know what this crazy b!tch is talking about. I looked to Antonio for answers. He gave a slight nod of his head. "You're even crazier than I thought. Leave before I have you thrown out on the streets."

"Still trying to control everything around you I see. Why should I leave? I have as much reason as you to be here. I'm not going anywhere." I slapped her hard across her face. This b!tch really knew how to get under my skin. "Leave now before I do more than slap you."
"I'll let that go because our children are dating each other." She smiled. "Excuse me?" Her smile turned into a smirk. "You didn't know? Your daughter is dating my son." I slapped the b!tch again. She was talking nonsense. "We might end up being family one day. You might want to remember that." I raised my hand to deliver another blow but Marc stepped in then. "People are staring." I let go of my anger and brought my hand down back to my side.

"Andrea."
"I know. I'm leaving anyway. It was good seeing you, Marc." She looked at me with a mysterious glare. "Do give my best to Kaitlyn-Rose." Then she was gone. I rounded on them. "Where is my daughter?" Panic was setting in. Something about the way Andrea looked at me told me not to take her lightly. This woman tried to frame me for murder in the past. I'm pretty sure she's capable of a lot more. "Find Kaitlyn, now!" I looked at Antonio again. "A son? How in the world did I not know that evil wench has a son?"
"She doesn't have a son to my knowledge. She can't have children, not since she miscarried all those years ago."
"Then why is she saying that crap?"
"I'll look into it."

"I'm not getting through to her cell. It keeps going to voicemail." I had a bad feeling about this. Marc had organized the security that came with us, and were giving them orders. If that bitch did something to my child I was not going to let it go.

"Someone find the boy." I tried calling Kaitlyn again. I still didn't get an answer. "More security is coming. Antonio is also looking into the boy. I'll try to track her phone. Andrea wouldn't be stupid enough to go after our daughter." I disagreed with him. She'd been ahead of us by miles. I had no idea that woman had even been released from prison let alone that she was in London of all places. She came here with a plan to fuck with us. She was going to use our daughter to get to us. That'll happen over my cold dead body. I really should have killed that bitch when I had the chance.

We searched for a while and still could not find her or get through to her on her cell. "Find Andrea."
"She's disappeared ma'am."
"What?"
"We don't know where she went."
"That is why I'm telling you to find her!"
"Yes ma'am." She took her. I was sure of it. I don't know when or how she did it, but Andrea took my child.
