mackenzie pumped her milk as she did her makeup. today was the first day back to school. she put the milk away, then turned and saw maddie playing with the twins. "mommy's going to school ok? i'll see you guys later." she kissed the twins, then grabbed her backpack and put the milk away in her fridge.
"have a great day at school honey." greg said, handing her a breakfast burrito.
mackenzie turned around and saw maddie coming down with the twins. "maybe this is a mistake-"
"nope, get your butt to school. i'm home with them and greg is too." mackenzie left, missing her twins right as she closed her car door.
it was the hardest thing she's had to do. driving off to school. she shook her hand as she stepped out of her car. she was wearing a black crop top, and black leggings. she didn't seem to have gained much baby weight, since she was skinny before hand, now she just looked more curvy and she liked it.
she held her backpack close, as she walked inside. people immediately recognized her, whispering as she went to the front office. "hello, i'm here for my schedule." she said to the receptionist.
"name?" she asked, but then looked up, seeing who it was. "oh, mackenzie. here is your ID and schedule. just like before."
"thank you." mackenzie said, then took the items, and put them in her bag.
"kenzie?" she turned and saw maisy. "omg you're back!"
mackenzie was confused, why was maisy being nice. "um yeah, i am."
"oh the group is gonna freak. we have our kenzie back!" she squealed.
"um, actually." mackenzie started, "i'm not here are fun. i'm here for actual school maisy."
"yeah, right." but then she saw mackenzie was serious. "geez, how about you join us under the bleachers?"
"im not gonna snake pot, it's bad and i'm breastfeeding." mackenzie told her, then she grabbed her backpack, and walked to class.
she got stares as she walked to class. the bell rang, making everyone hurry to class. by the time she got to her class many people were already there. she found her assigned seat, didn't know they still did that she thought, then put her backpack down, and grabbed a pencil.
