"Neither does being blind but here we are." She fired back at Mark and he sighed.
"The Doctors said in your last check up that everything was looking good."

Heejin's sighed, finding her hand on Mark's shoulder before lowering her head on it to rest.
"I'm sorry for being such a bitch."
"It's okay, it's a shock to you and it's only normal." He muttered, patting a comforting hand on her arm.

"It's so suffocating in this house, I want ice cream."
Mark chuckled.
"Lets go get some."
"Really? Wait, let's ask the others which they want."

"Okay but you know that wasn't my fault!"
"What do you mean? I was literally choking and you laughed at me!" Mark argued back and have snickered, feeling him pushing the wheelchair.

"The docs said I'll be stable enough to walk with a stick soon." Heejin said and Mark hummed happily.
"See? Soon enough you'll get your sight back, okay? Please don't worry yourself too much."

"Thank you Mark."
"For what?"
"For everything."

The two heard the distinct sound of the ice cream van and she perked up with her face lighting up.

"Oh my God- quick I want one!" She exclaimed happily and Mark began pushing her faster towards the van.

"Okay wait here, I'll get you one."
Heejin nodded happily, leaning her head back as she heard Mark distantly ordering and the sun beamed down at her.

Heejin felt herself being moved, the Wheelchair being pushed forcefully and rushed.

"Mark what...?" She trailed off confused but she felt something off. "Mark?" She gulped at the lack of reply.

There was a deep chuckle behind her which left her blood running a chilling coldness through her veins.

"Stupid blind girl, no one will save you."
