So for any of you who could not read chapter 15 I completely understand. Here is a summary.
Frank (Sarah's dad) does drugs at a frat party (Casey's dad was there too), Frank ends up getting hooked and a few years later is in debt with his dealer. Frank skips town, but the dealer finds him and sends him a threatening message saying that if Frank doesn't pay what he owes ($700,000) then he would have to work for the dealer or the dealer is coming for Sarah and his wife, so now as we know, Frank leaves.
