Mariana Montereal's POV

"So the event will start at 6:00PM sharp. The show will have its three parts: contemporary barong and saya, evening gowns highlighting different cultures of The Philippines and lastly, of course, lingeries"

Kasalukuyan kong nasa meeting ni Levie na ginaganap ngayon sa hotel ko.

Yes, Levie Rome. As I walked in this conference room earlier, hindi padin ako makapaniwala na our paths crossed again.

Last night, when I found out na siya ang tao sa likod ng LR clothing line as I was having dinner with his supposed brother Lawrence together with Joseph and Chelsea, bigla kong naisipan ang mag-back out. I've known this event for almost a month because they contacted our management and immediately booked the whole hotel for a week. Yes, the whole hotel. We have what? More than 500 rooms! And they are all reserved for a week next month.

So as the owner of the hotel, I am obliged to meet the person behind that clothing empire in order to ensure them the best service that we will offer.

And little did I know, all these time, it's her.

"As per our guests, the whole hotel is booked since majority of them are expected to arrive in the country the night before the said event. Right, Ma'am?" pag-confirm nito saakin.

I cleared my throat. "Yes" and I smiled habang nakatingin saakin ang mga tao sa conference room. I don't know them but I know tauhan ito ni Levie. Side note, they are all good looking! Isa ba yon sa mga requirement sa company niya? Char

I am sitting on the other side of the long conference table while she is on the other side.

She's so good at talking in front of a crowd. As I was looking and listening to her, umaapaw ang pagka-dominante nito. Hindi din nakatulong yung sobrang ganda niya at bagay na bagay niya yung outfit na suot niya na nage-emphasize sa hubog ng katawan nito. She's sooooo fine!!

"Okay. That's all for this morning, let's have our lunch first and then be back here at 1PM"

We all stood up. Gulat pa ako noong lumapit ito saakin.

"Thank you for allowing us to have our event here, Miss Montereal. It's a big help for us" pormal na wika nito.

"That's nothing. It's actually a privileged to be able to hand your successful company the service that you need"

"My finance team will just coordinate with your officers, okay? Thank you so much" and we shake hands.

"Ma'am, can we take a picture together with your team?" wika ng isa kong manager na nandito din. Ah yes, this will be used for the marketing of our hotel as well.

We all gathered together while the two of us are in the middle of the group. Noong una, we are just standing side by side pero nagulat ako hinawakan ako nito sa bewang noong sinabing "compress".

"I'll see you around" pagpaalam ko rito.

Nginitian lang ako nito bilang sagot at nagpasalamat.

I let my assistants have their lunch kaya mag-isa lang akong naglalakad sa hallway papunta sa opisina ko dito sa hotel. Doon ko palang naramdaman yung singaw ng aircon. Feeling ko kasi nasu-suffocate ako doon sa conference room dahil tense na tense ako.
