Y/n was sitting in her office, focusing on her work when she heard a knock which didn't even make her stop what she was doing.
"Ma'am, your guest is here to see you." Y/n nodded to her secretary and waited for her guest to come in.
The tall man got in and froze, when he saw the person, he last saw a few years ago. There she was, as beautiful as ever, even though her head was facing down, and he could only see her side view. She never seemed to stop looking mesmerising in his eyes. Even though it had been years since, they last saw each other, his insides still tingled at her just her presence.
As soon as Y/n felt the presence of the said person, she closed her eyes when she felt the familiar scent blissfully in her nostrils. The same scent that now suffocates her, unlike years ago when she used to drool over it. Even years weren't enough to make her forget it, but right now she didn't forget for the bad reasons, not good ones.
"Y/n..." The same angelic voice said her name as she stood up and stared straight in his eyes.
The same hazel brown eyes that Jungkook fell for, but this time they were cold and not as bright and cheerful like before. She was the same Y/n from years ago but just this time she looked at him differently.
"Nice to meet you once again Jeon Jungkook." She said with a cold foreign tone.
Jungkook felt his heart being hit by a huge pang, regretting every single thing his immature self did, that rearranged his entire life and the hopes he had about his love.
"Let's get to business shall we." Y/n said with a stern voice, as if he wasn't the same Jungkook she fell in love with years ago. As if he was a complete stranger.
"Y/n, can I..." Jungkook said nervously.
"No Mr Jeon let's not pull out from our professional ethics. You came here for business related matters so let's tackle that first. Y/n replied knowing what he wanted to bring up.
That's when he understood that Indeed she was not the same and only because of him.
