"You should have gotten the red dress. You looked hot." Hayley laughs
"I don't want to upstage you on your wedding day, now do I?" I hang my black dress over the chair next to me
"Kind of impossible, you'll be watching from the balcony." She pointed up
"Oh, I figured. But I'm a doppelganger, it's hard for anyone to keep their eyes off me." I smile
""Oh, I bet. Stefan over there keeps looking at you." She motions her head to him
I just look over at him and smile, he waves to me.
"I heard about you and Elijah. Now you're marrying some Jackson?"
"It's to protect Hope. Plus, I can really see a future with Jackson."
I lean in closer to her "Can I have him then?" I wink
"Have who?" I turn around and see Elijah
"Hey, there's Klaus. I think he still needs some of my Doppelganger blood. Toodles."
I go to walk away but Elijah grabs me gently by the wrist. "Can we talk?" He asks
"About what?" I raise my brow
"You know." He states
"Yeah, the part where you promised you would make a deal with Klaus to get me my freedom and then broke that deal. Ooh or how about the part where you admitted your feelings about me, but then left. OH, or the one where you didn't have the balls to visit me while I was dying to at least say goodbye?"
He just stands there in silence.
"I mean... even Klaus came, it was to gloat, but hey."
"Katerina, I..." He pauses
"Well this is awkward." Hayley chimes in
I look away from Elijah and turn towards Hayley. "You're wedding is in a few hours, let's get this hair done." I smile at her
"Yeah, I was thinking hair flowing around my shoulders. A few strands, maybe pulled up."
She moves her hair to the way she wants it.
"Simple, but elegant." I say as we both walk away
Stefan's POV
I walk over to a befuddled and confused Elijah.
"Ouch, that was... awkward." I laugh
"What just happened?"
"I think you just got told off my Katherine." I laugh again
"What's so funny?" He asks
"Nothing. I just think that you're a dick." I start to walk away
"Excuse me?"
I turn back to him and just stare at him. "No, excuse you."
"Stefan!" I hear Katherine shout my name
I turn back around to see her up on the balcony. I raise my brow "Yes, Katherine?"
"We are guest in this house, let's not ruin Hayley's wedding day by getting Elijah all roweled up." She says, her face straight
Elijah leans in and whispers in my ear "I suggest you listen to Katerina, she's a very smart girl."
I glare at him for awhile before Katherine calls for me again. I just turn around and walk away as I hear Elijah behind me
"That's a good boy."
I just ignore him and make my way up to Katherine who is just staring at Elijah.
