"Everyone asleep already!" a voice popped into my ears when I was about to drift off, too.

I opened my eyes and saw that it was "Jordan!" I exclaimed. He was sitting on the carpet next to Scarlet.

"So, I thought that everyones are already sleeping but you left." he smiled at the edge of his lips. "Now, it's our time, only the 2 of us. I wanna talk about the stories over again?" he stared at me.

"The parents are upstairs in my bedroom. They aren't be hearing. Talk!" I informed him softly.

"Great!" he leaned the sleeping Scarlet to the cushion edge and walked slowly up to me. I made a space so he could sit down. Though, it was weird.

"So, how did you get over Julia?" I questioned him as quiet as he can hear, just to not disturb others sleeps.

"Nothing. I don't wanna talk about her. On the other hand, as it's your question then I'll answer." he nodded.

"Why?" I seemed confuse right at the time.

"Because... You helped me a lot, Beth! Plus, I wanna tell you some truth." he looked awkward. "Don't get it too serious, okay? It was just an old past." He looked into my eyes.

I smiled. "Okay, I promise." without hesitation.

"You know, you were the outstanding in school even so since you showed up in our school. You always went up on speeches, handing out good informations and helped many others out. I started to admire you after I heard all of those things. I searched informations about you, well not searching just by others in school."

"You were spying me?" I asked jokingly.

"Maybe?" he chuckled little a bit loud. "Yeah, I knew everything about you. That looks of yours to your brother wasn't anything I wish to break my love so I tried and tried. I understood it. Mostly, they saw that kind of love for you to him just that they didn't ask you or anything to keep you safe. The moment he left you at school, I saw that so I sent Kay your best friend to look after you and take you home. The moment we crashed. I was the main part. I made it up just to get your attention but you kept on scolding me like an idiot." to that I laughed so hard.

"Well, isn't Julia your first?" I asked him curiously.

"Of course she is. She broke my heart for your brother so I did want revenge but it didn't work. I can't admit it to you and I can't help myself falling for you for reality. You are more awesome than I think." he pinched my cheeks. I laughed, brushing his hands off.

"What are my awesomeness?" I blinked.

"Awesomeness. Everything is under controlled." he joked at that. "You made me loved her less and less and you also teach me to stay strong and stand up. You helped me a lot." his brightly face turned into tears.

"C'mon! Man don't cry like that." I gave him tissues.

"Now that I have Scarlet, you have Kris and Helen has Alex. Plus, Albert has Jenny. Everyone are in perfection now. We find our loves. Make it happy!" he cheered me up as well as himself.

"Congrats again on your marriage! Have a cousin for me soon." that made him blushed so hard.

"Not this year." he closed his eyes then scanned behind my back thoroughly.

I turned back and saw that "Kris?" was standing there for how much I didn't know have been listening to our conversation or not. "You sacred the hell out of me." I scolded at him.

"Thanks, man! You took care of my love well." he clapped Jordan on his shoulder, smiling thankfully, and pulled me out of that sofa as hard as he could to not make me hurt.

"How long have you been there?" I asked, still hand in hand by his pulled.

"For as long as I could hear the whole story." he poked my forehead.

"Why didn't you tell me?" I pouted, caressing my forehead.

"Just wanna enjoy your warrior's stories." I shook his head. "At least, he took care of you better than me." I smiled.

"It's okay. It's the past." I replied with the same smile that we got.

"Now, I'm the best who could take care of you." he laughed hard at his words.

"Bragging!" I scolded him. He pulled me into his bedroom.

"Maybe?" I nodded. "The parents are already sleeping in your room. We can't wake them up." I explained.

"As what I've always wish not to. I gotta shower, change clothes etc." I kept on bragging but the truth.

"It isn't a desert here so we have everything you need." he poked my head again. I frowned.

"Do you think it's okay to leave the friends out there?" I raised my eyebrow.

"Of course. It's secure here." he reassured. "Now shower!" he pushed me into the bathroom.

I did what he force me to because I couldn't refuse his ferocity. He lend me towel and an oversize gray t-shirt that covered up to my knees. It was cold so I borrowed another of his lifeless too-big-for-me sweater.
