Alice froze and she looked at Luigi. Luigi was shocked too and he glanced at Mario, who had a serious expression on her face. He then said,

"Or even better, I'll just leave you here. Since you obviously don't care about us, I don't see why I should still keep you around....." Alice's voice was caught in her throat and she countered,

"W-wait!! Who do you think you are, huh?! You want me to kill you-?!"

"Kill, kill, kill. That's all you ever think about! Where has that gotten you in life?! You're not in the position to boss me around right now!" Alice was taken aback and she warned,

                    "You-!!!"

"Alice!! I'm not just some pushover you can use for your personal entertainment!! I'm a person like you too!! And playing with my feelings like that when you attempted to murder my brother, really pissed me off! Apologize!! To both of us! I know you need my body more than ever now, so you're in no position to negotiate." Alice was rendered silent and she looked down, frustration written all over her face. She then muttered,

"I'm sorry. There! Are you happy now?" Luigi looked at Mario with a face of uncertainty and Mario replied,

"Meh, could've been a lot more sincere, but I'm not stingy. I'll take it. Luigi?" Luigi sighed and he walked up to the bed, replying,

"You stabbed me. But.... we need your help as much as we need yours. So, I guess I'll accept it for now." Mario smiled and nodded at him. Luigi smiled at Mario as well, as he mouthed, "thank you". Alice huffed and she closed her eyes, covering her face with her hand. She thought,

'Out of all the people I could've possessed..... Why me.....? Those two are a special case indeed.....' Marchionne then asked,

"Where is it that you need to go to?" Mario answered,

"Actually, I'm not too sure. But, Alice can answer that for you." Marchionne then glanced at Alice with look of expectancy. Alice sighed and answered,

"The underground dungeon. Where prisoners were kept. And..... my mom....." Everyone widened their eyes. Mario asked,

"Wait, your mother's a spirit here?! What happened?!" Alice looked away and answered,

"....... That's a long story. It's better if you go down there yourself." Marchionne then asked with suspicion in his voice,

"Exactly what is down there?" Alice answered,

"Like I said. My mom. I want to face her myself and say some things I never got to say back then. And, she left a note for me. I chose not to read it though, I didn't want to see what it said, but now I don't really care anymore." Mario asked with uncertainty,

"She wouldn't happen to be hostile now, would she?" Alice stayed quiet. Mario exclaimed,

"Alice!! You are telling me to confront a hostile spirit?!?!" Alice countered,

"No, I'll be the one facing her! I'll just use your body to do so, since I still can't move yet. And I told you, maybe something there could help with your investigation." Mario pondered over the idea for a minute, then sighed, replying,
