Mario nearly jumped at the voice which echoed in his head. Noticing its familiarity, he exclaimed,
"Marchionne?! You-?!" He looked around, but he couldn't see him anywhere. Misery, visibly confused, thought,
'What the- Has he lost it?! He's even imagining that he's talking to Marchionne?' Marchionne continued,
"I'm using my telepathy to communicate with you. Are you still in that sinkhole that formed earlier?" Mario answered in his mind,
'Yeah, but there's-....Wait. I'm getting sort of a déjà vu feeling right now. Has this happened before?' Marchionne then answered,
"So you've already forgotten what happened in the forest that time?" Images of the wolves attacking him immediately flashed in his mind and the voice that helped motivate him to live. Mario exclaimed in his mind,
'That was you?!?!?!?' Marchionne simply answered,
"Mhm." Mario then added,
'I thought you were just an area of my subconscious..... Wow. Thank you Marchionne. For helping me.' Marchionne answered,
"Don't mention it. Speaking of which, Luigi and I are coming to help you." Mario smiled and answered,
'That's great, but.....'
"But what?" Mario swallowed hard and glanced at Misery as he replied,
'Marchionne, there's someone here trying to kill me and she said she was a maid at your mansion. Her name is Misery?' Marchionne went silent.

*15 minutes ago* Mercy looked at them with an expression of expectancy. Rosa then asked,
"Mercy? Is that you?" Mercy rose an eyebrow and replied,
"Rosa. Long time no see." She then frowned,
"But, I'm still waiting for an answer." Luigi widened his eyes and answered,
"Oh right. Riba tried to kill me and is working with some spirits too. We don't know what their plan is though....." Mercy widened her eyes, then replied,
"He what? ......Huh. I guess I shouldn't be too surprised..... but why you?" Marchionne then answered,
"He may be trying to get to Mario, and most likely wanted to get rid of Luigi to avoid, complications." Luigi then went pale. Rosa replied through her teeth,
"That damned man....." Luigi then then exclaimed,
"If he's after my brother and I, we have to go stop him!! He could be planning something!!" Mercy rose an eyebrow and replied,
"Yeah, that's your problem. Not ours." Luigi was taken aback and countered,
"But he-"
