[Olivia's POV]

When I moved to Forks, I decided to join school again since the last place I lived before in Seattle gave me scholarship and the condition to live alone as if I would have a part time job. Good thing an oppurtunity came, I was a deliverer, or in my case a lifter of objects. With my special strength I was able to lift things, when my co-workers found it weird at first but I told them of my casual excuse that I used to be a weight-lifter. They bought my lie and paid me well for any heavy objects I can move and deliver from the warehouse.

[Finally found a faceclaim: Jessica Alba as Olivia]

I'm 103 years old yet looking like a 19-20 year old. I still grow but only slower with the vampire blood running in my veins and my skin is not as white as a dead body. My part warlock was still human. Most other vampires either found my scent weird or delicious. But I learned to use that to my advantage sometime.

In my old school in Seattle I was just an 9th grade, but with all my intelligence they said I was already good enough for college, yet I decline the request and ended up as a Senior here in Forks. The place was funny, besides being named after an eating utensil. The people were so normal......

Except the Cullens, they were here before me, I never revealed to them of my vampire self nor getting near them to let them realized that I already know of their secret. This seemed to be the best direction I could think of though I have not truly met them. Their lies and excuses were good enough to not let people get suspicious of their lives.

It's good thing my special abilities as a part vampire were mind telepathy and metal manipulation.

Highschool in Forks, I already became a popular one, hint the sarcasm in my words. Teens named Mark, Reda, Jace, Ramon and Dell were empty headed jocks who decided to let me be their little plaything nerd on campus. Being a nerdy genius student among Fork has it's perks, they bullied me in many ways possible.

Verbally, physically. But I never let them get to me, so that my anger won't be the reason on any reveal to my true self, yet bullying in highschool was part of normality. So I let them do whatever to me just as long I won't expose myself.

Been also hearing another rumor about a new student joining in the highschool too. Seemed to be the daughter of the Police Chief of Forks. Whoever she is, became popular gossip around here.

My thoughts were interrupted when my natural bullies came to my table. Sitting on the chairs mockingly. "Hey nerdie" their leader Mark said to taunt me

I sigh to myself "What now Mark?"

"Finish these up by tomorrow" he said placing all their gathered homework on the table beside my lunch tray.

Shaking my head "I can't, I have work"

Mark leans in to my ear threateningly "Do you want any motivation?" he whispered with distaste making his friends laugh at me.

I shortly nodded accepting the notebooks given to me, they all smiled and pleased with my answer "Good nerd. You got a free pass for now" Mark steals an apple on my tray and runs off with his friends who all nudge my head with the flick of their fingers.

When they left, students around the cafeteria either ignored the scene or gave me weird and pity looks. No one wanted to stood up to the jocks. Not even the Cullens, I guess they didn't know me too well and didn't want to create a scene too.

I shrugged it off and just stared at my food like it's just the interesting thing in the world. Completely losing my appetite.

After school, I went to my workplace and did my shift, moving a lot of boxes from shelf to shelf, putting them in trucks for the delivery.

My usual customer or my only favourite customer around in Forks is Esme Cullen, we are not really friends but I would say acquaintances. She came to my workplace today to receive her package delivery of whatever she bought this time.

I see her car outside in the lot, I carried her package and went to the back of her car to put it there. Rubbing my hands as if to keep sore feeling away I turned to Esme expectedly and she hands me the cash

"Keep the change" she said with a kind smile, I swear I could always feel a homey aura around her.

"Thank you" I said turning to walk away but she holds my elbow to keep me from going far, I looked at her confused.

"Sorry, it's just I can't help but ask you Olivia, my brother's children also go on the same school as you. So they wondered why you also worked at your age?" Esme asked

[Yes, Esme and Carlisle are just bestfriends and a pretend Dad and Aunt to the Cullen kids]

Thinking of an answer I replied "Well my parents passed away and in order to legally live on my own is to have a job" It was half the truth. I smiled back

"Well if you need any help, feel free to ask me. Have a good one" Esme said before getting in her car.

I nodded "You too"

When the car disappeared from my view 'I'll be fine on my own Esme' I said in my own thoughts and going back to work.
