Edward and Olivia heard new thoughts, and Seth's wolf form stiffens slightly after sniffing the unfamiliar scent as well. The three were frozen for a moment, sharing a tense look.
Bella noticed the exchange and grew worried of what ever happened in the battle.
"Someone's hurt?" Bella asks
"She's close. I can hear her thoughts" Olivia informs her a bit frantic
Edward turned to the wolf in their midst "Seth, go!"
The wolf bolts away from the campsite. Edward suddenly whips Bella behind him and takes a defensive stance in front of her. Olivia goes on the other side of Bella.

Now the three are staring in the front expectantly.
Edward spoke "She knew we weren't there, but caught my scent"
Bella clings unto his arm "She found us"
Olivia inhaled shortly and confused "She's not alone..."
That's when a male vampire steps out of the woods, Olivia gasped internally and widens her eyes at the figure by the name she found by Riley in his mind. She remembered him in a dream and his scent that occupied her flat before. He was the intruder of their homes. Olivia can't help but feel disgusted and violated, couldn't wait to kill him there on the spot. Yet deep down she also found a sense that Victoria was manipulating him.
Riley edges closer watching their every move. Edward stared at him
"Riley, listen to me, Victoria's just using you, to distract me. But she knows I'll kill you" Edward started
Suddey Victoria emerges from the woods, dropping down from a tree landing safely on her knees, forming a triangle with Riley - Bella and Edward at the apex
Bella sulks in behind Edward more, glancing by his shoulder to see the two attackers that appeared.
Edward continues "In fact, she'll be glad she doesn't have to deal with you anymore"
"You know deep down it's all true, Riley" Olivia says
Riley hesitates, surprised to be addressed by her. Rethinking their words in his mind.
"Don't listen, Riley, I told you about their mind tricks" Victoria reminds her puppet
"We can read her mind, so we know what she thinks of you" Edward says strongly, gesturing to him and Olivia
"They're lying" Victoria's voice gentle as a python
"She only created you and this army to avenge her true mate, James. It's the only thing she cares about, not you"
