"I'm about to ride the elevator," I said while pressing the elevator button repeatedly. "See you at the driveway."
I put my phone inside my bag. I get my favorite perfume and spray some on my clothes. I then get my lip balm and dab some on my lips. I looked at my reflection on the glass walls of the elevator. Smiling at the beauty in front of me and the beauty that Taehyung would see. There's nothing that I want more than to be perfect in every way.
I walked slowly towards the driveway of the apartment building where I am currently residing. I heard a horn and a blue car stopped in front of me, lowering its window.
I went inside and smiled at my driver for the day.
"Good morning and thank you," Yoongi said in a very mocking tone. He knew me well that I don't easily greet or say thank you to anyone. I believe my greetings deserve a lot more.
"You offered to pick me up. I can drive my own, ride a bus or call a taxi." I said with a raised eyebrow.
Yoongi just snickered. I guess we have been friends for a very long time that he knew me from head to toe. Even when he went to the States for eight years, we still communicate. Thanks to the power of technology. There's no more excuse not to have to communicate with your friends from far away.
"So I will drop you in Kat's Coffee. I'm sure what's your purpose for going there." Yoongi smirked while side glancing at me.
"You already know so why did you still mention it?" I rolled my eyes and focused on applying powder on the T-Zone of my face.
"Come on Jin. Stop being a pain in the ass. You know exactly why I said that. Since when have you decided to be a homewrecker?" Yoongi asked but not in a judgmental way. I know he's just concerned about me.
"Just yesterday."
He scoffed. "You're crazy! You told me that you will not go after a married man."
"People change their minds sometimes."
Yoongi laughed. That's the only thing that he can do. Laugh. Because he knows exactly my motto in life. What Seokjin wants, Seokjin gets.
"Jin, I would like to remind you that you like older men because you want stability and a serious relationship. You hated young men because they only want sex and they only used you as an ornament. I'm warning you, married men are no different. The more you have to be scared. That relationship is unstable in so many ways and trust me when I say this; if that will progress, it's only because of physical needs. Nothing more."
