I stare at them; they're oblivious to what's going on in front of them. I take my knife and throw it at the nearest person. It hits the screen, causing the screen to go blank. The person behind the screen looks up... And then she smiles.
She looks directly at me. "Well hello there." She stands up from her chair and walks over to our group.
I recognize her... I can't remember where I've seen her, but I defiantly recognize her. She has dirty blonde hair that is pulled into a tight bun on the top of her head. She has piercing blue eyes.
"I'm Chancellor Paige," she explains. "I'm the head of W.I.C.K.E.D. Stands for World In Catastrophe: Killzone Experiment Department." She explains further.
"And we care why?" I ask sharply.
"I wouldn't talk to me like that, Marina." She replies with just as much edge in her voice as I had in mine.
"Excuse me?" I say sassifully.
"Yes, Marina, I know your name."
"How?" Minho asks besides me.
"Well, I gave birth to her, so if anyone should know, it should be me."
