The rest of the night involved girl talk and pranks, and none of us went to bed before 2:30 a.m. Little miss what's her name that starts with A got her bra frozen because she fell asleep first. Marianna woke up to find all her pads ripped open with some creepy teddy bear hovered over them with a note that said: I guess you won't need these anymore! Now you'll be uncomfortable forever!!!
Jordan T-P'd Gabby P.'s cabin at like five in the morning, and put graffiti on the mirror saying Jordan was here using, her pocket knife. Now, I am witnessing the aftermath of all these pranks. Marianna needs to change her pants, but has nothing but non matching ones to wear, the A person finds her bra in the ice box, and now, I can hear the screams and ranting coming from the other cabin. Jordan laughs, and runs for cover.
We went to breakfast. Today we had cinnamon rolls and sausage. After that, we went back to our cabins to freshen up. We decided we'd take another walk through the woods. It was partly overcast today, and the breeze felt so amazingly cool and refreshing. On the edge of the forest, there were squirrels, lizards, snails, blue jays, and everything really. As we got deeper into the forest, there wasn't much at all. Last time we went this deep into the forest, it was like this. Quiet, and eerie. The trees and plants were so vibrant and the whole area was a lush paradise, but it was creepy as much as it was pretty. No more hiking paths out here, no more anything that had to do with people. There was a rock that someone had carved into. The words were THIS IS HELL. When we read it, crows started cawing and the breeze picked up, which was weird.
"DO YOU SMELL THAT?" asked the A girl. We were much deeper into the forest now. Past the rock with the creepy note, and way past the trail. And yes, I certainly did smell something. The smell was like a punch in the face, and all of a sudden, I felt my throat open up. I fought the urge to vomit and just held my breath. It was the smell of death. Jordan checked every area, and every nook and cranny of the place, but there were no dead animals. The smell was too strong to be an animal. It smelled like a million people had died and were never preserved. We headed back to the cabins and made each other promise to not come back this way.
