"Quit fidgeting. Your stance is fine." Saros' reassurance resulted in Y/N huffing silently in frustration as she stares down the target ahead. The shaking of her hand causes the gun to rattle, but that comes to a quick end when the villain cautiously lowers it for the woman so it'd aim at the floor. Sighing in disappointment, she meets his gaze as the man comfortingly pats her on the shoulder. "It's fine. You just have jitters. No one but me is watching, and the target is stationary. Don't be afraid of how loud the bang will be. The headphones and earplugs will block out most of it. Try it again, only this time, you're going to shoot."

Giving a nod, Y/N puts down the gun for a moment to insert the bright orange earplugs into her ears before covering them with the noise-canceling headphones that had been resting around her neck. She takes a calming breath as Saros does the same before picking up the weapon and aiming to shoot. It is the booming sound of the bang she dreads the most. She knows it will remind her of that day at the bank, when she and a lot of other people were lined up.

It was an event she unintentionally shut out, but now that she wields the weapon herself, she could only picture the sound of the other hostages being shot and killed. It was severely stressing her out. Y/N draws in another deep breath and squeezes her eyes shut. She nearly flinched when a hand gave a comforting squeeze to her upper arm, snapping out of those thoughts. Just faintly, she could hear Saros saying something along the lines of, "Take it easy. You can do it," but it was too muffled to know for sure.

She opens her eyes and stares down the target with a determined gaze, clearing her head as best she can before finally pulling the trigger, shooting until the bullets ran out. Her hand had jerked a bit, but otherwise, she had kept herself steady. After setting down the gun, they both remove their headphones before Saros presses a button, bringing the target forward to see how she did. Simultaneously, their jaws dropped as they examine the paper in awe, finding all shots had directly lined up at the center of the head of the silhouette man.

"Holy shit." she mutters, mentally applauding herself.

"I'd say. This is much better than my first try with a gun; that's for sure." The villain wears a proud smile as he looks over at the woman who couldn't seem to tear her widened eyes off the paper. "You never cease to amaze me, you know that?" At that, she can't help but laugh and give the man a smug look.

"It's a gift."

"Want to try again? I bet you can't do it a second time," he dares, bringing out her competitive side.

"Oh, you're on." Feeling much more confident now, she dons her headphones and waits for him to do the same before reloading and attempting the same results. To their shock, she did indeed do it again. "Ah ha!" Her right fist thrusts victoriously into the air while her left hand sets down the gun, "in your face!" The man chuckles and shakes his head at her enthusiasm.
