Buckys P.O.V
"Whats your body tempature ?" I ask Audrey
"I have no idea" she said laughing
She seemed a bit disapointed that she didn't know but and idea popped in my head making me smile. "I think I know who can tell us".
She furrowed her brows in confusion . god shes so cute I put back on my shirt and grabbed her hand dispite it stinging from the coldness of it , dragging her out of the room and to the elevator. " Where too Mr.Barnes?" Tony's A.I. asked . Audrey jumped a bit not use to the disembodied voice. "Lab please" I replied .
The elevator went down a few floors the door's dinged opend and I pull her down to where Bruce's lab is. I've been in there more than a few times for post - mission injuries. We reach his lab and I knocked on the open door lightly announcing our arrival. He looked up from the microscope to look at us. A warm smile on his face when he see's us.
" Hey guys . Whats up ?" he asked
"We were wondering if you could check Audrey's body tempature " I asked
"Why is something wrong ?" he asked concerned
"No , no . I just wanna know how cold my body is" Audrey tells him.
Her body tempature had to be really low . I mean it slightly stung when I touched her. It wasn't too bad though . It probably hurt others more than me because Im use to pain and can barely feel it at times.
I watched a Banner put a high tech thermometer thing in her mouth. Technology sure has changed a lot After a minute the thing beeped and Bruce took it from her mouth . His eyes went wide and his eyebrows nearly reached his hairline. He mumbled something about that not being right and trying with a diffrent thermometer. The same thing happened again . He showed the stick to Audrey and a "Woah" escaped her lips.
Her head shot up to look at me . "Bucky come look at this ! Its insane !" she said excitedly. I smiled. shes adorable
I walked over to her and she handed me the tech . My reaction was the same as Bruce's . Her body tempeture was -10 degrees . what the hell
"I have to go tell Wanda and Nat !" she exclaimed and smiled brightly . that smile could make any man fall to their knee's in an instant She took the thing from my hand and ran to the elevator but not before yelling "Thank you Bruce" to the doctor. He chuckled at her excitement.
"Oh Barnes" he said .
I turned to look at him "What ?"
" You have it bad for her"
I blushed a bit muttering a "shut up" to him before leaving to room as well . I could hear him laughing at my comment . But he couldnt be more right
I sighed leaning my back against the wall waiting to reach mine and Steve's floor
