After watching the match, you were so more more motivated than you were before. You were practically bouncing up and down with energy, and quickly went to try and find Yui-Senpai. The girls didn't practice as much as the boys team did, and you knew your team wouldn't go very far unless we tried our best- so the only solution was to motivate your team! The first thing you had to do, was persuade Yui-Senpai to call more frequent practices until eventually, you all practiced every day. The second was to motivate your team; and you had a basic idea of how to do that, but you had a feeling it was going to be much more difficult than you originally anticipated.
"Yui-Senpai!" you finally found her walking down the third year corridor with a friend. They both turned to look at you with a surprised look, but Yui quickly shook it off, signalling her friend to carry on ahead.
"What's up (Y/n)? Your here pretty late for a first year."
You nodded your head eagerly, before telling her about the practice match you had just witnessed. She seemed interested, but couldn't quite get what you was getting at.
"The fact is Yui-Senpai, is that they practice every day, day in and day out to get were they are now. We don't practice enough- they'll be teams at the preliminaries that worked their butts of to be there, and if we don't practicing more and trying our hardest they deserve to beat us. It's your last year Yui-Senpai- let's try and get far! My point is: please can we call more frequent practices."
She seemed shocked for a moment, staring at you before smiling. "You really are something else huh? Okay then. I'll call practices every day from now on- but I can't promise everyone will turn up. They aren't as motivated as I hoped."
"It's okay Yui-Senpai! I'll motivate them!" She smiled at you. "You will huh?"
"Yeah, you can count on me."

(Y/n) was more than a little excited for practice that day- she was jumping with joy as the final day of the bell rang the following day and practically running out of the classroom, quickly giving the teacher her paper -which she was pretty proud of- as ran to her team's club room. Getting her kit and changing in record time. She did notice, however, how not all of the club members were present but she shrugged her shoulders. She just guessed they weren't making the starting line-up - they still had enough and more devoted players anyway. She skipped into the gymnasium to find the girls surrounding Yui in the centre and quickly jogged over.
"Hello!" you greeted cheerily. The other girls greeted you and turned their attention towards their captain.
"So Captain, what's going on? We only practice three times a week?" Sasaki asked carefully, looking to the side a little timidly. You noticed it, but chose not to make a remark.
"Well, I don't think it's enough to practice if we expect to go far in the preliminaries. The boys team practice every day alongside morning practice and practices at lunch times... That's the kind of dedication you need if you want to do well."
The girls all look towards each other nervously, however the twins (Sudou and Kikuchi) didn't seem to mind all that much.
"Is it really necessary?"
"Ye-"
"Of course it is! Why do you play volleyball if you don't have a passion for it!" (Y/n) exclaimed, throwing her hands up in the air. "Volleyball is all about staying on the court the longest- it's about connecting and never letting the ball touch the floor. Only the champions, the best of the best, truly stay on the court for the longest- if you don't have the will to practice day after day, to never give up and throw in the towel then your not cut out for volleyball! And that's that!"
Everyone stared at you in shock at your outburst, and you huffed in response.
"Whatever, honestly. It's your choice. But I think it's important to practice everyday like the captain said- whenever you can! That is what makes a good volleyball player." You finished, turning away from the girls and taking off your jacket.
"Well, time for practice, anyone joining me?"
The girls gave each other looks of pure determination before nodding.
"Be right with you (Y/n)-San!"
"Yeah!"
Yui smiled, watching you as you completed your warm up. She was so happy that the team was now, more motivated than ever; and she owed it to you. She remembered what Daichi said previously, talking about the libero for the boys volleyball team. The 'Guardian.' It seemed the girls had their own 'guardian' libero, and was sure you would achieve great things. Grinning she ran up to the other girls and joined in with their warm-up. Maybe, just maybe, the girls volleyball club could make it to the nationals too someday- maybe even this year. The wingless crows, for both the boys and the girls volleyball team, would fly again.
