A/n: Hello! Thank you so much for all your support! I really appreciate all of your reads, comments, and votes- it means a lot. :D
I'm sorry this chapter took so long to publish, things have been hectic with everything going on and I've been trying to sort everything out. But I am going to try and update at least once a week on a Saturday or a Sunday. I will get extra chapters out if I have time!
One last thing: I'm a bit stuck on what to do for the next chapter so I'll ask you guys what you prefer. Would you guys rather have me write the entire match- start to finish, or would you prefer a brief summary of the match and we can get some more Noya action sooner? The entire match will take a while to do, but I think if that's what you guys want it would be worth it- you may need to hold on a little longer for that chapter though. Let me know what you guys think?
Thanks again and enjoy the chapter!

It was finally the day- the day of the practice match with Nekoma; you grinned in excitement, throwing on your Karasuno jacket and tying your shoelaces. You were nervous for the team, it was a big match ahead of them and the first try with the new lineup. You had no clue how things would work out but you certainly had faith in the team and their abilities. You had a feeling this was going to be quite the match.
"(Y/n)? Are you coming? The boys are waiting" Kiyoko called out to you.
"I'm coming! I'm sorry- I was caught up in my thoughts" you responded nervously, grabbing your bag on the way out of the room. Shutting the door, you turned to face Kiyoko with a nervous smile. "No worries, we're still waiting for Hinata also."
You became worried at that, your brows furrowing.
"Hinata was the most excited out of anyone, I thought he'd be the first one there..." you trailed off. You and Kiyoko began walking down the corridor to the entrance. Kiyoko nodded slowly.
"I thought so as well. He's pretty nervous it seems" she comments and you became engrossed in your thoughts once more- Nekoma was a strong team and most of them had been playing together for a long time. But Karasuno was also quite strong- especially with Hinata's and Kageyama's insane quick attack, Nishinoya's sturdy receives and Asahi, Karasuno's ace who has scored more goals in a pinch than anyone and that's just the beginning. Karasuno was a force to be reckoned with, and would continue to grow. You had no doubt that eventually, Karasuno would go to nationals; was this just another step to becoming a stronger team? Growing?
"What took you so long?" a familiar voice brought you out of your thoughts. You faced Nishinoya with a sheepish grin, rubbing the back of your head nervously.
"Sorry Noya-Senpai, I was lost in my thoughts again" you apologized, he just stared at you with those alluring eyes. You grinned, throwing your hands in the air excitedly.
"Well? We have a match to play! Do your best Nishinoya- I believe in you!"
His eyes widened at your words, a small smile dancing across his lips. As long as you believed in him- he knew without a doubt he would not fail. As long as you believed in him, he was invincible.

The teams were lined up facing each other with such an intensity you sighed. You stood to the side with Kiyoko watching as the two teams interacted with each other with barely concealed curiosity- your eyes glancing towards Nishinoya who stood with an unusual sense of seriousness and undeniable determination in his eyes; you're gaze lingered on Nishinoya a little longer (a little too long but thankfully, Nishinoya didn't notice) before your gaze finally flickered towards Hinata who was watching Kenma with an excited expression on his face- he genuinely seemed really excited to play against Kenma. Kenma on the other hand seemed as nervous as ever, you sent him a reassuring smile and you could swear you saw the same pink rising to his cheeks.
