It was stressful day planning the attack strategies. I really want to protect my lady and my child from those ruthless bastards.

As I noticed him. Our eyes locked onto each other for a brief moment until he closed the bathroom door. For some odd reason I felt happy to see him after a long day.

"Will the baby be a wolf like you?" I asked curious.

"So how long does it take a wolf to come of age. Especially one that is the alpha's child?" I asked in a soft tone.

"So I would not get to see that day. Because I am human?" That thought made my heart ache.

Great I am stuck with him forever but why does that make my heart tingle. Our baby kicked right where Lucas put his hand.
