"Ms. Ryukyu, look over there!" Himura pointed towards a large Nomu that was attacking a few Pro Heroes as well as several innocent civilians.
Are there more than one of these guys? Does that mean the League of Villains are here, too?
The woman muttered something under her breath, looking befuddled. And then she turned to the girl behind her. "Alright. Himura, I'll take care of this. Stay in a place where I can see you, alright?"
"Okay!"
Once Tatsuma landed gracefully at her feet, Himura giddily slid down the woman's wing. She nearly stumbled forward at the end but caught herself in time. The girl looked around as Tatsuma began to fight off the Nomu.
"AH! Oh my god!"
"What is that?!"
"I'm scared..!!"
Himura turned to look at the source of the voices to see a group of civilians huddled together in fear. Their wide, dazed eyes stared on at the scene before them, making her heart sink.
I need to help these people get to safety, first...
Looking around, she searched for a place that seemed more peaceful and void of any danger, and spotted a street down the alleyway she stood in front of. She waited for a few seconds, checking for a sign of any threat, before her eyes fixated on the group of people.
My gut is telling me that everything will be fine...
"IT'S OKAY! Please don't panic! The Pro Heroes are here, so just find a place to protect yourself!" she yelled with all her might, gesturing for them to come to her. "Head this way, please! Hurry!"
They were quick to oblige, knowing nothing more than to follow the directions of a girl in a costume. The fear on their faces were still apparent. She continued to gesture for them to head a certain direction, making sure to let them know that they'll be alright.
Are there any rescue Pro Heroes around here? I hope that these people are smart enough to find a safer place or confer with one of them ... it would be good to follow after them, but what could I do?
"Hey, kid," said a female voice, making the peach-haired girl turn to her. The woman ruffled her hair. "I'll accompany them. Don't worry, okay?"
Himura's eyes shimmered. "Oh! Y-You're the Pro Hero, Peace!"
The brunette's lips curled up into a smile. "I didn't expect you to know me. Thanks for that," she said, making Himura immediately feel calm. "Well, I'll go now. Thanks for reassuring them!"
"N-No problem!"
After watching the Pro Hero run off with the crowd of civilians, Himura looked around, hoping that all of them were away from the scene. She found herself staring at a little boy who stumbled and fell. He was crying and couldn't bring himself to get up.
The girl immediately rushed over to the crying child and knelt down.
"Hey, it's okay." She tried to brush his hair away from his face to inspect for any small cuts. Then she looked down at his palms, shoulders, and knees. There was a scrape on both of his knees and she quietly used her blood clotting to heal them. "Where are your parents? I can bring you to them."
He only continued to cry. She took out her pack of tissues and lightly dabbed at his tears.
Ah, please don't cry, Himura felt herself panic. I don't know what to do when you're crying...
