Eventually, the group reconvened with Todoroki and Yaoyorozu. The raven-haired girl was quick to rush over to Himura with an incredulous look on her face. She cupped the shorter girl's cheeks.

"Are you okay?! You're all bruised up! Does it hurt? Did the villains do this to you?" Yaoyorozu cried, and Himura could only smile sheepishly. She basically resembled a mother worrying over her child.

"I'll be okay. I feel a bit sore. And a villain did this to me, yes," Himura quietly answered.

Her brows furrowed. "This is devastating. Do you need to go to a hospital? I can drive you to one!"

"Momo, it's really okay!" Himura replied, mustering up a more brighter smile to reassure the ravenette. "I'm fine now, don't worry."

That seemed to put her a bit at ease.

"But, are you guys okay? I'd imagine that putting yourselves in that situation would've been really stressful," said Himura, looking at the group with a worried gaze. Now it was her turn to be the worried mother. "None of you got hurt or anything, right?"

"Honestly, it was a bit scary," Midoriya admitted, fiddling with his fingers. "One for All was super frightening. Even his presence alone got us all to freeze up in fear, but ... we didn't get hurt, thankfully! And you guys are okay, too, so...!"

"Tch. We didn't need your help," Bakugo grumbled, crossing his arms. Himura shot him a look and lightly jabbed his arm, causing him to yelp quietly.

"We wouldn't have gotten out of there if they didn't help us, Bakugo," she pointed out, causing him to glare back at her.

"HAHH?! The hell are you talking about? I could've BLOWN us out of there!" Bakugo barked back, crossing his arms at her. "I'm not a weakling like you or Deku!!"

"H-Huh?" Midoriya uttered out, slightly flinching at the sight of Bakugo glaring at him.

Himura jokingly placed a hand over her heart. "Wow, I'm hurt," she said, but didn't put any effort to sound hurt. "And Midori's not weak, y'know. You've seen what he's done, haven't you?"

"Tch. He'll always be a weakling in my eyes!"
"Part of me thinks you don't really mean that..."
"What's that supposed to mean?!"

As the two continued to bicker, the group could only stare in both surprise and shock. Since when were they able to communicate so ... freely with one another? Before, they'd never made an effort to talk to one another unless some sort of event forces them to interact. But now, strangely, Himura seemed to be comfortable engaging in conversations with him—and to add to that, she wasn't afraid to talk back to him.

"Oh, the police are here." Iida turned to Himura and Bakugo, who had since stopped bickering. "You two should go with them, for now."

Himura couldn't help but sigh at that. I'd much rather go home and sleep...

"Stay safe, alright?" Yaoyorozu called after Himura, who began to walk with Bakugo to the officers.

The peach-haired girl smiled. "I'm with the authorities. I'll be fine!" Himura replied, feeling amused.

The police offered to provide medical assistance and food for her, which she gratefully accepted. It seemed that her constant grumbling stomach and visible injuries were a sign. They asked if she felt uncomfortable at all, to which she explained that she could handle pain quite easily. But the food thing was definitely out of her control.

She happily ate some noodles before her interrogation.

The process took several hours to complete, much to her dismay. Himura had to describe what had happened to her, who the villains looked like, and their Quirks. More often than not, they had to tell her to stop whenever she began to tremble and panic. But they were kind about it—and she appreciated how hospitable and patient they were.
