Jungkook smiled lightly as the sun fell on his face, warming it lightly. Yoongi was enjoying it too. That alone made his smile grow even wider.

That morning, when the older male had come into the room, Jungkook had been awake and antsy to move. He was still terribly worn out, but it was better than when Yoongi had last come in to be met with a dark room and bundle after bundle of blankets.

He couldn't remember much of what happened that day, except the story. The story was the only shining feature in his memory besides the protest. He couldn't remember Jihyo feeding him beef broth, he couldn't remember Jimin coming in and patting his head, which the blond said he did with pride, and he couldn't remember speaking to Yoongi at all. All that was there in the memories' absence was Yoongi's cool, smooth voice reading out Geunhye and Yerim's tale. Comforting him to a soothing rest that he hadn't gotten all day. Not since the protest. All of those people. All of those angry people. None left, though more came and the yelling never ceased. At least not mentally. While everyone else was panicking that they'd breach the building, which they never did, not in the years that the hospital had been in operation, Jungkook was worrying that they'd breach his head. His mind. That they'd get in and he wouldn't even be able to hear himself anymore.

DIE
Please stop!
Kill them all
KILL THEM ALL
Get rid of them
Let them die
Nothing
They're nothing
Let them suffer
Let them die
Get them away!
Don't let them in!
LET US IN
DEATH DEATH DEATH
All shall die
Please someone help us
ALL SHALL DIE BY MY HAND
HELP US

Those voices, those mental voices still bounced around his skull. The fear of those in and the anger of those out, scared him. They always got so angry. So much angrier than last time. Soon enough, there will be too many. Too many for him to handle and then.. What then? Nothing, he supposed. Nothing but death. Death for him and the others. He could just feel it. Something was coming and it was coming soon. Something he couldn't control.

Jungkook looked up towards Yoongi's face, imagining it glowing in the sunlight and a soft breeze blowing the hair off his face, and slowly, he returned to the world around him rather than in him. It was a lovely day. Sun shining bright, slight breezes, and decent temperatures. It was all of what Jungkook had been obsessed with after he woke up that morning. He hadn't been outside much, hardly ever actually. There was a courtyard in the center of the building, not too large, but not small either. It was spacious in the sense that more than twenty people could be out there at the same time. He hadn't been out there but once or twice, only with Jihyo, and saw it only through her eyes. He couldn't even imagine how much it had changed. Yoongi would be the only one that he would feel okay exploring that place with, the only one who would want to. None of his previous volunteers had ever wanted anything to do with him. Well, some of them were far too talkative for their own good and would talk to him despite not really wanting to.

The second Yoongi walked through the hospital door, Jungkook bombarded him with the idea of going outside and strolling around. Yoongi had sighed and agreed. The blue haired, the hair color Jimin had informed him of, was expecting more of a laid back day, still thinking that the younger would be too tired to really want to do anything more.
