A Coffee Shop-Bella

There's a coffee shop called Love,

And I think I saw you there.

I peeked over at you a few times,

And caught your eyes a stare.

You tried to catch my attention,

Took my coffee, made me laugh;

And after a while I noticed,

But too long, on my behalf.

Did you give up,

Run out of time?

Because I see you,

You've caught my eye.

Don't leave just yet,

Please stay a while.

I can't deny your eyes

And gosh dang smile.

Why are you headed towards the door,

Why's the bill on the table?

Someone said you may have feelings,

Tell me, is it more than fable?

Now I'm the one talking,

Trying to make you fall for me.

I just wish that I knew, tell me,

Where are your feelings?

If I speak up, would you too?

Would you say I'm the one you dream about?

Or would you reject me,

And think of me as crazy for going all-out?

If I could just say the words

Before you walk out and leave me for good;

But all I can say are pointless things:

Good coffee and decor, that's some nice driftwood.

And, oh, wait,

I think you've gone for today.

Well, I really, really hope to see you

Back another day.

There's a coffee shop called Love,

And I think I saw you there;

Unless it's one of my fantasies

And you were elsewhere.
