Chapter 39 - There'll Be 2 After Parties?

Saturday 27th September. 12:30pm // Grace's POV: 

Yesterday was such a good day. After the incident the day before, we all found out that Nicole got a external suspension for 2 days and won't be going to the Year 11 formal, hallelujah. I finally enough got to be partners with Ashton for the dance. Luke got to be with her crush Emily who he dearly loved. Calum got a fat African American girl called Marsha who loves him but he doesn't love her back. And Michael? Well he got someone who he absolutely hates but not as much as Nicole. Her name was Caitlin. She hated him too but I guess those two will get over it. Besides, what could possibly go wrong?

Michael texted me saying to come over to his house for an urgent meeting, don't know what for, I would assume that Luke, Calum and Ashton would be there since we are all friends and we wouldn't talk shit about each other behind our backs. It looks like I'm not going to have a lazy day at all today, thanks Michael. I sighed and got up and took a shower. After that, I put on my American Route 66 tank top on with my blue skinny jeans and flip flops. I would've liked to say thongs but it sounded so wrong, dirty minded Australians.

Oh and did I mention that I have my driver's licence now? I got my Ls 2 months ago and when I told Ashton that I passed my test on his birthday, he couldn't be more proud of me. He's 17 and I'm 16, age difference doesn't matter right?

I arrived to Michael's house with a knock on the door, he opened the door as soon as I knocked making wind flush at me, 

"Come inside quick" He whispered quickly.

"What's going on?" I asked. 

"I'll tell you when we get to the lounge room" He whispered. 

Michael force me to power walk to the living room, I don't know why. I don't know what the big issue is. Is Michael hiding something from his parents back? If so, what is he hiding? Luke, Calum and Ashton were there thank god. I greeted everyone with a welcome and kissed Ashton making me sit on his lap. 

"Ok now can you tell what's going on?" Calum asked. 

"Yes for fucks sake Calum stop complaining for the last 5 minutes" Michael heavily sighed. 

"Okay okay" Calum said. 

"My parents don't know about this yet, but I'm thinking of having 2 after parties" Michael confessed.

"Two?" Ashton furrowed his eyebrow. 

"Yeah two, one for after the Year 11 formal and one for the end of the year" Michael said.

"Wouldn't it be too much in the next few weeks? I mean just for the money perspective and for time management?" I asked. 

" I guess, but you guys have to help me" MIchael said. 

"How?" Luke asked. 

"I'll tell my parents about all this, hopefully they'll say yes, if they say yes, I'll let you guys know what we are going to do" Michael explained. 

"Sounds good to me" Calum smiled. 

"Is that all? can we go now?" I asked. 

"Ugh fine" Michael sighed. 

"Finally I was attempting to have a lazy day before you texted me" I sighed. 

"Shut up it's not my fault" Michael folded his arms. 

"Well really it is" I cocked an eyebrow. 

Luke, Calum and Ashton started laughing their asses off, then Ashton came and hugged me from behind, it was a nice, warm, fuzzy feeling inside and outside, I loved it.

So, it's been a month or so since I haven't updated and let's just say I've finally updated, I'm so sorry I haven't updated, I've been busy and school has already started, I probably won't update for a long period of time, I guess I just have to update it once I have the time, don't worry, I'll still update this book because this book has nearly 6K and you guys love it.
