at the dorm a cooking renjun greeted them. "how was practice?" he asked and the other both just answered with "good."

"do you want to take a shower first?" mark asked, seeing as donghyuck was still covered in sweat, now from the big hoodie that he was wearing.

"that would be great, thank you." the younger replied and added "i'll be fast so you can go after."

"it's fine, i already showered this morning so i'll only have a quick wash-up. no need to hurry." the older then proceeded to set up his laptop, probably to work on some lyrics again.

"okay, hyung." donghyuck spoke and then retreated to the bathroom. he locked the door behind himself and released a breath he didn't know he was holding.

at least mark and him had been talking normally just now but still he could sense a bit of awkwardness in the air. he told himself to ignore it and move on. as he finally undressed from his sweaty clothes he realised he forgot to bring other clothes from the room so he quickly threw over his hoodie (he was still wearing his boxers) and went back to the room.

when he opened the door mark looked up from his laptop. "forgot my clothes." he explained as he saw mark's raised eyebrows. all the way to the wardrobe he could feel the olders eyes on him. and indeed the older was staring at donghyuck. he never realised what a good figure and pretty legs the younger boy had.

donghyuck rushed back into the bathroom, ignoring mark's stares that made him feel hot. one reason more to finally take a shower. he completely undressed himself now and turned on the hot water. it was very relaxing but much to his displease he could feel some of his blood rushing into his crotch area.

"you've got to be kidding me." he groaned. he doubted he could get off with mark being literally a few meters away from him. in his mind donghyuck did tell himself to ignore the boner but his body yearned for some kind of touch. so the boy sighed and gave in.

while doing it he put his hand in front of his mouth so no moans would escape. that method was working semi well since it kept most moans in but also restricted the boy in his actions. when reaching his climax he unconsciously removed his hand and moaned. it was not loud though so he did not care enough.

the boy outside cared though. he could hear some faint moans und blushed at what he knew donghyuck was doing right now. at the same time it was natural of course. it just never happened to mark before, hearing his best friend jacking off. his moans were quite hot the older boy had to admit but he told himself to not think about it and just act normal when donghyuck exited the bathroom. was else was he supposed to do? forbid him to masturbate?

meanwhile donghyuck had finished (both, jacking off and taking his shower). he dried himself off and applied some lotion to his skin. the cooling liquid felt good on his body and kept his skin moisturised. not bothering to dry his hair he slipped on his shirt and opened the window so all the steam could escape. after exiting the bathroom he gave a quick nod to mark as if to say 'you can go now.'

mark raised himself off the bed. "how was your shower?" he asked.

the younger looked at him confused "uhm, good. thank you." donghyuck's mind was racing. mark didn't know right? if he did that would be really embarrassing. it was his best friend after all and it would be really weird if he heard donghyuck getting off.

"okay then, i'm off." the older man said and now entered the bathroom. donghyuck told himself to not overthink it. mark probably just had a weird day today, first the stare off and now this. he just shrugged and went to the kitchen to help out renjun who was cooking dinner for today.

the two had a lot of fun and the smell that was flooding through the dorm caused jisung and chenle to join renjun and donghyuck in the kitchen as well.

"are you and mark going to practice tomorrow too?" chenle wanted to know with curiosity. he had a grin on his lips, the grin that he was wearing so often when he suspected something. donghyuck had no idea what chenle was being suspicious about. he shrugged and answered "i don't know. i haven't asked him yet. i guess so though. today really helped a lot. we're both getting better quite fast though so be careful or your hyungs are going to be better than you."

chenle hugged him and said in a teasing manner "you're never going to be better than me, hyung." he then proceeded to cry out loud when the older hit him slightly.

"yah don't disrespect your hyung like that!" donghyuck shouted and chenle stuck his tongue out.

this kind of bickering was normal and everyone involved knew it was just for fun. that's why donghyuck liked his dream babies so much. sometimes he really had the feeling as if they were his babies. especially when mark had already graduated. with him it was easier to keep these rascals under control, it felt like a real family with him and mark as the parents. but without mark there had been times where the boys were in total chaos. another reason why donghyuck was glad mark was back. he had some authority as their leader and eldest nonetheless. speaking of mark, he entered the kitchen with wet hair.

"hyung, haechan hit me." chenle cried out to mark, the latter raising his eyebrows at chenle's whining.

"it's either haechan-hyung or donghyuck-hyung. a bit of respect please." he commented and winked at donghyuck. the other held his hand up for a high-five and mark took the opportunity.

"you think we can still do our handshake?" he questioned and donghyuck nodded. they tried it out and indeed both remembered it perfectly.

"we still got it." donghyuck announced and mark agreed, patting donghyuck's back. his hand stayed there for a few seconds and donghyuck somehow wished that mark would never remove it but of course that moment came.

"that's cool and all but dinner is ready so someone call jaemin and jeno." renjun shouted over the chattering in the kitchen. jisung ran off to get his hyungs and chenle, mark and donghyuck quickly set the table.

eating all together was nice. mark questioned jeno about his jsmr shoot and renjun and donghyuck were making fun of jaemin babying jisung. renjun's food was amazing and after dinner they all thanked him for cooking before retreating into their rooms.

"hyuckie, you wanna watch a movie?" mark asked and of course donghyuck said yes. he quickly changed into his pyjamas and already cuddled himself into mark's bed. the other joined him and they were now deciding on what to watch.

"markie, can we watch naruto?" the younger asked in an aegyo-voice. he could feel mark tensing next to him, meaning that he probably succeeded.

"fine, also don't call me markie." he said and when donghyuck whined "whyyy?" he just rolled his eyes and ruffled the others hair.

and so they were laying in mark's bed, cuddled next to each other. donghyuck was close to falling asleep. "hyung, let's do another practice tomorrow, alright?" he suggested with a sleepy voice.

"mhm." mark hummed and they kept watching until both of them fell asleep.
