Walking down the stairs, I received dozens of worried looks from pack members who had heard the commotion.
I know I started it but I don't regret saying what I did. Felix is my best friend and hearing Aiden say those vile things made me angry.
I returned the worried looks with a smile as I began my way down the stairs.
My body was so pumped with energy and anger right now, being confined in a small elevator didn't sound like a good idea so I took the stairs.
"Oh my gosh! Are you okay?" Gasped a woman worriedly as I got to the final floor.
I smiled painfully and nodded, "Thank you for asking but I'm fine just a bit bruised."
She stared at me in disbelief as I jogged down the stairs gracefully with a smile while blood poured out of my face.
I finally got outside and was greeted with even more shocked faces and worried questions. Smiling as best as I could, I explained that I was fine.
Finally, I reached Bella's house where I rapped hard on the door with my fist.
An intercom sounded next to the door making me jump.
"Hey, you have reached Bella! She is currently busy so fuck off please. Love ya!"
"It's an intercom not a voicemail machine you dick!"
I laughed into it."Oh heyyyy bitch! Be right there!"
The box clicked signalling she was no longer there.
Soft patters of bare feet could be heard slapping against solid hardwood when the door suddenly opened.
She revealed her face with a huge smile which contorted into a look of worry and horror.
"Oh my fucking God! What happened to you?" She screamed worriedly pulling me inside.
With the slam of a door, she grabbed my arm and pulled me into her kitchen where she proceeded to pull out a red first aid box.
"Sit and explain!" She shot me a stern look and pulled out a stool next to her granite island.
I sighed, slipping into the stool. She pulled out some cotton wads from the box and poured some liquid over it, "this is going to sting."
She began to dab my face with the soft, wet cotton.
I winced in pain as the fluid entered my beaten face.
"Where's Felix?" I asked, my face contorting with every dab.
She sighed, "he's upstairs sleeping, he was really worn out from yesterday and he's still upset about that asshole Aiden."
A wave of guilt washed over me, "speaking of Aiden," I gestured to my face.
She gasped, "he did this to you?!" She screamed.
I nodded, "it wasn't completely unprovoked, I asked him about Felix and he called some homophobic names so I broke his nose," I shrugged, "he got me back though."
Disgust washed over her features as she slammed the pack of cotton wipes into the smooth, granite counter, "how the fuck could he say that about his own mate?! Thank god you broke that fuck wits face! He deserved that!"
