"Idaho" -Gorillaz

Nora looked over at her friend, finding the short woman's dirty hair twisted into two braids as she slouched in her chair as they waited for the plane. Sean had insisted on commissioning a private plane for them but Nora knew Bonnie was too curious for her own good.

Nora wasn't rich and Bonnie knew that, there would just be too many questions. Nora took that time to think about how she would tell Bonnie all the secrets, all the lies. The witch couldn't help but remember her friend's mother.

She was an exceptionally tall woman with a slender body, perfectly straight blonde hair, and had eyes that looked as if they could peer into someone's soul, make them do anything she wanted. Bonnie looked nothing like her.

She used to be a ruthless bitch, pushed over people that were in her way, and used her power whenever she deemed fit. Maybe that was why she had such a terrible end, Nora thought. Nora knew more about Bonnie's family and history more than she did and it broke her heart for how long she had kept it from Bonnie.

Marcus nudged the witch when she started rubbing at her temples, "What's the matter, witch?" Nora's large eyes darted over to her left where her friend slouched, "Don't worry, she's asleep."

"How do ya know that? She could just be restin' 'er eyes," Nora asked.

The wolf shook his head as he flipped through a trashy magazine, "I can hear her breathing and before you ask, I'm a highly classified individual, I was trained to notice bodily functions and their differences. So, now that that's covered, answer my question."

Nora sighed, "I'm just tryna figure out how to break the news to 'er."

"Like how she is the mate to an Alpha werewolf, that she's half-witch and half-human, and how you're a witch. Also, not to mention how you've just picked her up and moved her two states away to live with a man she thought didn't exist, in a cabin that is secluded and surrounded by other werewolves?"

The man continued to flip through the magazine as Nora sent him a pointed look, "Yes," she seethed.

"Did you know that Kylie Jenner was pregnant?"

After sending a look of confusion over to the man, the witch rolled her eyes and went back to groaning to herself. Completely unaware that Marcus had lied to Nora, that Bonnie was, in fact, awake and heard their entire conversation. All the little woman wanted to do was cry but sat there in the uncomfortable plastic chair and waited for their plane.

It was after "waking up" Bonnie and boarding the plane did the small woman begin to think about what the two had really said. They had to be pranking her, Bonnie thought.

But then she thought that if it was a prank, they had to be going to great lengths to get on a plane to move to Idaho with no explanation as to why, had her fired from her jobs, and then moved out of her apartment. Bonnie was suspicious and wondered who Nora really was.

It was an hour into the flight when Nora realized that her friend was ignoring her. She tried to ask her if she was hungry or wanted anything to drink, if she was excited about the adventure they were going on, but she continued to ignore her.

     "Bonnie are ya-"

"How did I get to the hospital, Nora?"

The witch sighed, "I called an ambulance."

"I can't afford to pay you back."

"Ya don't need to, in fact, I don't want ya to."
