Belle's POV

"Your phone's ringing, babe, stop touching me," she giggled as I pinned her hands with mine ontop of her head and shut her up with my lips gently laying on hers.

"Babe, it could be important."

I lingered on her lips a few seconds, savouring the moment before stopping and looking at her beautiful face. Again, she let out a small giggle and I couldn't believe how lucky I was to have a woman as beautiful as her in my life.

"You're more important Sam."

"I know that," she rolled her eyes, "Now let me go so you can answer the phone."

"Ugh you're boring."

"And you love me like that," she gave me a small peck then I let go of my grip on her hands.

"So you got any plans for today?"

"Uhh nope, other than spending the whole day with you I got nothing else in mind," I replied, grabbing my phone. I saw Jaycey's missed call and I instantly thought back to what happened at the cruise. Shaking my head to get rid of the thought, I dialled her number. After three rings she answered.

"Belle, I've been tryna call you," she said on the other line.

"Yeah I just saw your missed call, I was doing something."

"Oh okay. I wanted to ask you if you have anything planned for the day?"

"Uhh no I ---"

"Perfect!" she cut me midsentence, "Maggie and I are going out for movies in like thirty minutes and I figured you'd love to join."

"Yeah it's cool, make it a date," I smiled, seeing Samantha look at me with an expression that screamed 'who are you talking to?'

"Great, I'll send you the details on where we'll meet up," she cut off the line. I sighed inwardly, again trying my best to not think about the events that happened on the cruise --- and Jaycey.

"Who were you talking to?" Sam didn't waste time asking. I'm sure she was curious as fuck as to who I was going on a date with.

"A new friend of mine," I smiled, putting the phone down.

"A friend I didn't know about? What's her name?"

"A friend you're about to meet and then you'll know her name," I pulled her towards me and gave her a kiss on the cheek, "For now let's go and take a bath, we're going on a double date."

***

We arrived at the movie house late, finding Jaycey and Maggie standing outside the building impatiently. Not much introductions were shared because we had to quickly get in and watch the movie before it started, plus Samantha knew Jaycey and the tension that was formed when she saw who my new friend was was unbearable. The movie house was full to the brim with people and we sort of had a hard time finding seats that would accommodate us four in one row. I ended up sitting with Sam in the second of the last row and Jaycey sat with Maggie in the last row.

We had bought tickets for a movie called Her Side Of The Bed and we waited for it to start. Samantha had her head on my shoulder, her arms wrapped around my waist and I had one of my hands on her thigh whilst the other was dipped inside my box of popcorn. In my mind I was thinking about Jaycey, how she was feeling about me being with Samantha after what happened between us at the cruise.

The movie was amazing, especially the sex scene; which was actually the cause of the heated makeout session me and Sam shared after. The ending was somewhat sad and exciting for me because I thought it was a way for the main character to figure her life out and to not be stuck on her friend forever. Again, that made me think about Jaycey. After the movie ended we decided to go grab something to eat at some diner that was across the street.
