Part twelve

Groaning, I woke up to consciousness when I felt someone kicking me repeatedly with their leg. "Nae turn that annoying shit off, its disturbing my sleep!" Imo's annoying voice whined childishly. 

I realised her head was buried in the pillow as she kicked me. Lazy girl, she could have turned it off since the alarm clock was closer to her.

 "That's what happens when you cheat on your bed, sleep in your room next time." I told her sticking my tongue out at her, it was useless. She wouldn't see, her head was still buried in the pillow. "Do something about it if you wanna sleep."

Laughing, I got off the bed. I walked into the closet making no attempt to turn the alarm off. I have pressing matters to attend to, like going into that washroom and taking a bath. 

I feel sticky, I couldn't take my bath yesterday all because of annoying Imo even after I told her, I was in contact with flour all day long and was tired and sweating.

She wouldn't hear of it as she kept on complaining she was hella tired after working so hard at the office and needed a good massage to relax her. I did give her the massage and she ended up sleeping here in my room and on my bed with me beside her, covered in flour.

As gross as it sounds, I went to bed with flour on me like a second skin. Eww, I'm grossed out myself but who cares? Its a new day already.

I got out of my clothes, putting on a robe before tying my hair and left the closet. That lazy girl was still sprawled on the bed with the alarm still sounding. "Lazy ass get up and turn it off."

"Aargh!" Imo grudgingly lifted her body from the bed, slamming the alarm off. I must say I felt sorry for her hand and my clock.

"Hey easy with my baby."

She rolled her eyes before staring at the clock in malice. "Its so annoying, it won't stop ringing. My whole sleep has been ruined!"

I chuckled, shaking my head at her childish reaction as I opened the door to the bathroom. Unpacking the belt of the robe, I took it off my body before stepping into the bath.

"Well sleep in your room the next time and not here." I kinda shouted for her to hear that, I had the shower turned on.

The noise from the shower hindered me from hearing what she said afterwards. "I can't hear a thing so shut your mouth and tell me when I'm out."

Kmowing Imo, it ain't nothing sensible. I wouldn't be surprised if she muttered a whole sentence full of cuss words, she's a pro when it comes to that.

I got out of the shower having felt satisfied with my body, I was flour free now. I dried my body with a towel, going to the sink and took my brush before applying paste on it and brushed my teeth while staring at my face in the mirror. 

That was when I noticed the bugs under my eyes. I sighed deeply, a good sleep is something I haven't gotten in a while now. 

Aside studying extra at night now, I also don't get to sleep much. Most nights this week, I had my eyes wide open anticipating what was going to happen. 

My door was locked alright but I was still scared of Rex, after his stunt that night in my room, he has been here again. This time however he didn't try anything funny, he came to apoligize for hurting me and shit but I didn't buy it neither do I now. 

He's a lust struck idiot who'll do anything just to get into my pants and I'm not going to allow that even if I have to stay awake the entire night. 

Having Imo sleep over did me good, I was able to get some sleep knowing he wasn't going to try anything funny when his sister was around. 

I brushed the thoughts of him away as I rinsed my mouth, wiping it with a hand towel and left the bathroom. "What were you saying?" I asked her upon entering the room.
