"I reject you."

For these two star-crossed lovers, a happily ever after is more or less a happily never after. With three angry gangs, two angsty teenagers, and one love story for the books- maybe the end isn't just the end.

After barely managing to overcome the awkward environment in the room, the two of them made their way down.
Ah ro looked around at the nice house. She couldn't imagine a house this size anywhere in the bustling city of Seoul, but she decided her questions could wait. Ah ro picked up her pace not wanting to be too far from the only person in this house she knew. Plus this was a gang house. She reminded herself not to do anything stupid; she did not need to upset members of the mafia.
Jisung came to an abrupt stop in front of two grand doors. Ah ro colliding into his flexed back. Jisung contemplated introducing her to everyone. Sure he trusted his Hyungs, but he was worried that some of them would be too scary for Ah ro to handle. He sighed reaching forward towards the handle.
"Here goes.." He mumbled as he pushed open one of the doors, reaching behind him to grab the girls hand. Ah ro stared down at their hands as he dragged her into the room.
'Ah ro this isn't exactly the best time to get giddy over hand holding.' She wryly scolded herself.
The loud room quieted down as soon as the two of them entered. Ah ro's eyes widened at the sight before her. There was like 50 men in the room, and all of them were staring at her. Some looked at her with kind, sympathetic eyes while others straight up glared. Feeling intimidated she stepped back, only for her back to hit someone else. She looked up and recognized him. He was the man that Jisung walked in with.
Taeyong put his hands on the girl's shoulders and pushed her further into the room. Most of the members of the gang didn't have soulmates that's why they were able to choose this line of work. Although it wasn't much of choice. Taeyong was concerned about yet another member having a soulmate, but he knew it couldn't be helped and wanted to make her feel welcome.
"Guys this is Ah ro, Jisung's soulmate. I'm Taeyong by the way." He said the last part quietly to her.
There was a short silence in the room before it burst out with the guys all trying to introduce themselves at once. The first person to meet Ah ro's eyes were Jeno's. She felt relieved to see someone she knew and trusted.
"Jeno." She breathed out feeling more at ease. With half the room looking like they wanted to devour her and the other half staring at her like she was some sort of doll, Ah ro was stressed.
Jeno smiled that innocent eye smile at her as he approached her. He pulled her into a hug. A brotherly hug. He knew Ah ro for a while. He was dating her best friend Hana.
More people started to approach her introducing themselves happily. Ah ro almost forgot that these people shot guns at other people for a living.
"I'm Chenle, that's Renjun, Jaemin, and Donghyuck. You met us at the fair before." Ah ro nodded in realization.
"I'm Yangyang and that's Hendery. Nice to meet you." Ah ro smiles softly at the boy who offered her his hand to shake.
Jisung felt oddly jealous staring at her interacting with his hyungs. Well actually to him it wasn't jealousy, he thought that he was just annoyed.
Ah ro met most of the people in the room except like 5 people in the corner who were all glaring at her.
"Guys introduce yourselves." Taeyong ordered.
"Jaehyun."
"Doyoung."
"Yuta."
"Kun."
"Ten."
Their angry faces didn't change as they introduced themselves. Ahro nodded at them and slightly bowed. She looked around the room seeing Jisung standing beside Taeyong. She wanted to ask him why those guys didn't like her that much, but she didn't need to wonder for too long before she found out.
"We should test her." Ten said, smirking. Ah ro's eyebrows furrowed in confusion.
"Test?"
"Well you got kidnapped and injured, but Jisung didn't seem to feel any of your pain."
"Ten!" Johnny's authoritative voice filled the air, but Ten continued.
"That means that your bond type isn't the Mortem bond." Ah ro nodded in understanding.
The mortem bond was the most common type of bond. It meant that the soulmates were bonded by death as well. If one soulmate dies, then the other dies instantly as well. A very rare few have the Amare bond. That meant that if one of the soulmates died, then his or her soulmate's ability to love would die with them. They'd be breathing, but they wouldn't exactly be living.
"Hyung you don't need to test her. If your wondering if our bond is the Amare bond, then yes." Jisung spoke up. He wasn't sure why that was so important to Ten.
"Kill her then. You don't need any distractions."
