24- Falling or Flying

When I opened my eyes everything was blurry. I blinked, trying to rid of the blur, and the massive pain in my head but nothing changed.

When my vision finally cleared, my eyes looked up and fell on the side view of Yukwon.

His eyes were closed, his face facing the ceiling, a thin trail of blood running from the corner of his parted lips.

My eyes blurred again, I could barely keep them open. I ley my eyes close and groaned softly when I felt pain in every section of my body.

"Yukwon" I croaked and opened my eyes, only to find that I didn't have the strength to keep them open.

They fluttered shut against my own will and I fell into darkness.

"Taeil! Drive faster!"

"I'm trying!"

Awareness seeped into my body what felt like moments later.

I felt soft fingers run lightly across my cheekbone and travel along my jawline, where they slipped down my chin and ran halfway down my neck.

"how is she?" A voice asked softly.

"I don't know," the guy said sadly "with Kai out we can't get him to bring Lay here"

"she's really pale-"

"is she breathing?" The other voice cut in.

"yeah," the person mumbled before adding quietly "but for how long?"

It was silent after that.

My head fell slowly to the right, when it collided with something my eyes snapped open and I froze in shock.

I looked forward and my eyes fell on the inside of a car door. My eyes slid up to the window and I saw flashes of bright light and dark green dance across the rain splattered glass.

Everything went blury again, I blinked and squinted my eyes at the door as I moved my head so it was straight again. A small gasp left my mouth as the car flew over a bump in the road.

"Micah?"

I slowly raised my eyes to the boy staring down at me. A perfect smile flashed onto his face when our eyes met.

"Luhan" I whispered. His relief filled eyes seemed to dance and smile at the sound of my voice.

"you're awake, " he said breathlessly.

"she's awake?!" A voice asked and the person in the drivers seat spun their head around.

Taeil.

He smiled at me "it's nice to see you again " he turned back to the road before I could reply.

"how are you feeling?" Luhan asked me, and brushed his finger tips along my forehead, moving stray strands of hair away from my face. I shut my eyes tightly. As soon as he had asked me pain had swam to the surface.

"Micah?" Luhan called my name in worry.

" .. Just a little dizzy" I managed to say.

Luhan laid his hand on my forehead, he pulled it away quite quickly " jeez, you're burning up"

Taeil sent a worried glance at me over his shoulder, I felt the car speed up slightly.

"that can't be good" I heard him mutter to himself.

" Luhan.." I whispered

"yes?" His hand held mine.

"I want to sleep" I said weakly and my head slipped to the side.
