I couldn't sleep properly after Noah or Ripper or whatever he goes by strangled Sophia. His actions only proved the stories that I've heard about the Blue Water gang were obviously true.

Apparently they deal drugs, sell weapons and pimp out prostitutes. They don't let anybody, not a rival gang, not the police, get in their way of business.

Mom was already at work by the time I was ready for school and I decided to walk there today instead of bothering Sophia for a ride after what happened yesterday.

I sent a text saying I'd meet her in English but she texted back to say she wanted to take the day off which was only fair.

I made it to school with more than enough time to spare and I texted Hailey to meet me on the grass by the entrance.

I messed around on my phone for a little while and engaged in some people watching. High-schoolers were weird folk. People came dressed to school in almost nothing to impress their crush who probably didn't even know their names.

The jocks and the cheerleaders always hung around together, they were standing around all their expensive cars keeping themselves to themselves.

That's one thing I liked about my school, the jocks and the cheerleaders didn't think they were Gods gift. I mean don't get me wrong the jocks could be ass-holes and the cheerleaders could be bitches but not excessively like TV would have you believe.

I started to watch Ryder James -our schools quarterback- as he and his friends started goofing around with a football. Ryder was your typical boy next door with brown hair, brown eyes, who everybody loved. We dated briefly in middle school but it wasn't anything too serious and there was no bad blood. Hailey has a secret crush on him that she doesn't think we know about but it's obvious, I wouldn't be surprised if he liked her back I mean she was beautiful.

After a few moments of people watching, three motorbikes came onto the school entrance and the whole school stopped what they were doing to watch. No one at school rides a motorbike so this was an unusual morning for the students at Rydell High. The motorbikes reminded me of our encounter last night and suddenly my mouth went dry.

The bikes stopped right in the middle of the car park and off jumped the same guy who threatened my best friend just last night. His eyes scanned the school grounds until they landed on mine.

This could not be happening. Maybe he had a sibling here or something. But of course I'm not that lucky. He started walking straight over to me with two of his goons in tow.

Everybody in the school yard was looking over in our direction. People started whispering, I couldn't hear clearly but it's obviously about why the Blue Water gang have found themselves in our yard.

Sooner than I would have liked the three guys were towering over me and I had to stand up to avoid feeling like I was about to be stepped on.

The blue eyed monster slowly dragged his eyes across my body taking in what I was wearing, which today was a pair of fitting jeans and a cute crop top. This is usually my go to outfit but today I just feel exposed.

"Well hello there Little Red, I knew I'd bump into you again" his voice sent chills down my spine and unfortunately they weren't the good kind.

"What are you doing here? Why are you at my school? If you're stalking me I'll call the police." I don't know what came over me but I didn't want this guy to think he could intimidate me.

"Can't I check out the place where you spend most of your time? I just wanted to scope the place out sweetheart."

"Okay and now you can leave." I couldn't believe this was happening right now, the whole school was watching and I looked like such gang groupie in front of everyone right now.

"Listen, I think we got off on the wrong foot yesterday, I'm Noah. This is Rio" he said as he pointed at the goon with shoulder length blond hair, "and this is Leo" he pointed at the other goon with brown hair of the same length. They both looked similar and with the similarity in names I'm going to guess they were brothers.

"Well you could say that, you strangled my friend remember."

"Yeah, sorry about that, but you made me mad. Next time I ask you something you'll tell me straight away okay sweetheart." He was already too close to me but then he grabbed my chin with a hand that was almost bigger than my whole face.

I froze too scared to move, I couldn't believe this was happening right now.

"You are a beautiful thing aren't you."

I tried to get out of his grip but he wouldn't budge.

Out the corner of my eye I saw Hailey slowly walking over to us, she had a look of horror on her face.

"So my guys are too old to look out for you here in this hellhole so sadly I'll have to leave you alone. Be good will you?" Finally he let go of my face so I could take a step back.

"What the fuck are you talking about? I don't need you to look out for me, just leave."

As soon as I said that he grabbed both of my shoulders, gripping them tightly. "You must not know who I am Little Red, I get what I want when I want. So why don't you just play nice ey?"

Suddenly a strong pair of arms grabbed me out of Rippers hold and pushed me behind their back. I looked up and Mr Maxwell had intervened obviously sensing how uncomfortable I was in this situation.

"Sorry gents, but no motorcycles on the school yard and since I know you're not students here, I'm going to have to ask you to leave the premises thank you." He gave me a look to ask if I was okay and I was very grateful for his intervening.

Ripper gave Mr Maxwell a look that could kill as he looked between us and I was suddenly scared as to what he might do after last night.

"We we're leaving anyway, but don't ever tell me what to do again, no one gets in my way" he blew me a kiss and walked over to his bike.

"Annabelle are you okay? That's not your boyfriend or anything is it?" he seemed worried and a little bit upset.

"Honestly sir I don't even know that guy, I met him for the first time last night." Noah was still watching us from on his bike whilst his two goons had already rushed away.

"Right I need everyone to listen up." Ripper shouted, demanding attention from everyone in a mile radius. "I'm sure you all know who I am and what I can do." He said with a cocky smile. "Annabella here is with me." He said pointing over to me. "If I hear one of you hormonal teenagers has even looked at her wrong, I'll rip your fucking dicks off." His speech was met with silence, satisfied with this he shot me one last wink before jumping back on his bike and riding away.

I was in complete shock, everyone was staring at me like I was a freak in a freak show and the whispering quickly began.

Hailey quickly ran over and gave me a big hug, "Anna what the hell was that guy from yesterday doing here?" I told her what I knew, "I have no idea, but I think he's crazy".
