You Belong To Me

The next morning my alarm went off at 6:30am.

That means I had a total of around 4 hours sleep last night which explained why I ended up wearing simple leggings and oversized jumper to school.

I hardly slept a wink last night and I know Ripper was the sole reason for that.

Thankfully Mom had already left for work because there's no doubt she'd give me the third degree as to why I had bags under my eyes and skipped my shower.

I texted Sophia and Hailey to meet me in the toilets before class so I could fill them in on my day with the Blue Water gang yesterday, and they were a little too excited for the details.

I stepped outside to begin my walk to school when my heart dropped.

There was Ripper in all his handsome glory waiting for me with the top down in a convertible car.

"Good morning Little Red, you look divine as usual." If it were any other guy I would be swooning by now, I look a mess and yet he found a way to compliment me. However, this was Ripper and he was a sick bastard.

"Get in babe, I'm taking you to school today"

There was no way I wanted another show in front of the whole school like the last time. "Ripp- I mean Noah please can I just walk to school? I'm perfectly capable."

The smile that was on his face dropped as quickly as it came, "Annabella, please don't make me get out of this car, get in!"

I knew better than to defy his orders so I did as he said. As soon as I sat next to him his hand found its way onto my knee and he gave me a dazzling smile.

"Baby, things would be so easy for us if you just listened to me the first time you know, we could be great." I didn't reply to him and instead turned on the radio so I didn't have to sit in the uncomfortable silence.

Foo Fighters, Best of you started to play and it was one of my all-time favourite songs. To my surprise Ripper started to sing along and although I wouldn't admit it to him, he sounded good.

He started to steer with his knees to play the air drums very dramatically, and I let out a laugh.

That must have surprised him because he gave me a smile that almost, almost looked genuine.

I took that as my chance to ask him what he wanted with me yet again. "Why are you forcing me to be with you like this, is this what you usually do?"

"Listen, the sooner you stop questioning and second guessing me the quicker you can fall in love with me." He leaned in closer to me and planted a kiss right on my lips, I sat there and froze and decided to let him have a way with his kiss.

When he pulled back I took in my surroundings and saw we were parked outside the school and once again everyone was staring right at us.

Quickly I opened the door and jumped out of my seat ready to run to meet my best friends, thankfully Ripper stayed in the car.

"See you later Little Red, remember what I said, if I call - answer, if I text - reply and remember don't be getting too friendly with that English teacher of yours, I have eyes and ears everywhere."

I didn't bother reply to him, instead I just nodded my head and ran into the building.

I walked into the toilet and was met with my best friends looking at me with a look I've never seen before.

Sophia spoke first, "Care to tell us why you arrived to school with fucking Ripper? Locking lips like you've been dating for years."

Hailey chimed in, "and you better not leave out any juicy details."
