Spencer and Toby never broke up in the first place and they both have to deal with Hanna after she and Caleb split.

“So how's she doing?”
“Um about the same Tobes.”
“She still hasn't left the couch at all?”
“Nope she hasn't moved, you know I'm really starting to get worried about her, she even turned down the idea of going shopping with me.”
“Hanna turned down going shopping? Okay this is really bad.”
“Yeah definitely, have you spoken with Caleb again?”
“Not since yesterday, why?”
“Okay we definitely need to find a way to get those two to get back together, I mean I love Han to death but I really miss having our place to ourselves.”
“Yeah I know, okay so what did you have in mind?”
“We’ll discuss it tonight after we're sure Hanna's gone to sleep, but I do have a plan.”
“Of course you do, okay I need to get back to work babe, I love you and I'll see you when I get home.”
“Okay I'll see you when you get home, I love you too Tobes.”
After Spencer hung up from talking to Toby she left their bedroom and then she went back to the living room of their loft to where Hanna was still lying on the couch, she carefully sat down on the end of the couch and then looked at Hanna who was still staring into space.
"Han, are you sure that you don't want to go shopping with me?" Spencer asked her. "I'm sure, I don't feel like going shopping right now." Hanna said blankly. "Okay seriously who are you and what have you done with my best friend Hanna?" Spencer said, Hanna gave no response. "Okay, I guess I'll just go back to the bedroom and try and get some work done, I'm here if you need anything." Spencer said before standing up and walking back to the bedroom and she grabbed her laptop and sat down on the bed and started to get some work done, she was excited for Toby to get home, not only because she missed him but because she was excited to tell him her plan to get Hanna and Caleb back together once and for all, then everything could go back to normal, and most importantly they would have the loft to themselves again.
That Evening
Spencer was sitting on the couch with Hanna watching some show on TV, when the door opened and Spencer immediately stood up because she knew that it was Toby, she ran to hug him and he hugged her back, breathing in her scent. "Hey gorgeous." Toby said as he smiled softly at her before kissing her and she kissed him back. "How was work?" Spencer asked him. "It was fine," Toby said before looking over at Hanna. "Hey Han." He said as he gave her a small smile. "Hi Toby." Hanna said softly before turning her attention back to the TV, Spencer rubbed Toby's arm gently. "I missed you." She said as she smirked softly at him, staring at his uniform. "I missed you too, but my eyes are up here." Toby said and Spencer laughed softly. "Sorry, but you know how turned on I get when you're in uniform." She said before kissing him and he smiled into the kiss and kissed her back deepening it, completely blocking out the fact that Hanna was across the room on the couch, that is until she made a cake cough sound. "Not that this isn't adorable, but would you guys mind getting a room?" Hanna asked them, not that she didn't love that they were happy, but it also made her sad since she was no longer happy with Caleb. "Uh, in case you forgot, this is our loft Han." Toby said as he rolled his eyes a little, Spencer grabbed his hand and gave it a comforting squeeze, she could tell that he was annoyed, and to tell the truth so was she, obviously she loved Hanna but this was getting a little ridiculous, she was glad that Toby had put up with Hanna staying with them for her sake, but she hoped that he wouldn't have to for too much longer. "Let's just go to our bedroom Tobes." She said calmly and Toby nodded and Hanna didn't say another word as the couple walked to their bedroom, Spencer shut the door behind them as Toby sat down on the bed, she smiled softly at him and sat down next to him. "Okay, I want to tell you about my plan to get Hanna and Caleb back together." Spencer said. "Go ahead." Toby said. "Okay, so tomorrow I will talk to Hanna and you will talk to Caleb, we'll convince them both to go to The Radley, room 163, and then we'll lock them both in the room and refuse to let them out until they stop being stubborn and get back together. In the meantime we'll be in the room next door." Spencer said and Toby was impressed by her plan. "Did I ever tell you that you're a genius?" He said and Spencer laughed softly. "Yeah you've mentioned that before." She said. "Well it's true, I can't imagine this plan not working, this is the perfect plan." Toby said. "Well thank you, I'm just sorry that I didn't come up with it sooner." Spencer said. "Don't be sorry Spence, and you know that I love Han, but I think we can both agree that'll be great to get our loft back." Toby said and Spencer nodded. "One hundred percent." She said and Toby wrapped his arms around her and kissed her forehead gently.
