"Bea, you need to relax. Nasa ospital na naman ang pamilya mo ngayon. Calm down, baka may mangyaring masama sa inaanak ko."
Tumango ako habang wala sa sariling hinahagod ang mga braso ko. I couldn't stop thinking about my family. Kanina pa ako kinakabahan sa sitwasyon ni papa at sa kapatid ko.
"Aly, I think what happened wasn't an accident. Pinagplanohan 'yun. Hindi sila basta-basta makakapasok ng ganoon lang kadali sa bahay. Ilang linggo nang tapos ang pagpapaayos ko nito kaya imposibleng may manloob sa' min ng hindi namamalayan."
We live in a friendly neighbourhood. Nasa sentro kami ng probinsya at makikita lang malapit sa daan ang bahay namin. Malapit rin sa'min ang mga tao dahil likas na matulungin si mama, papa at mga kapatid ko. Purong gawa sa kahoy ang bahay at mga kagamitan namin dati bago ko unti-unting ipinaayos ito. Ang huling construction ay natapos halos dalawang linggo na ang nakakalipas. Now our house is fully renovated in a modern style. May gate din na nakapalibot sa bahay at dalawang aso sa likod bahay kaya labis akong nagtataka kung bakit may nanloob ng hindi namamalayan nila mama at ng mga kapitbahay namin.
"Stop thinking about the incident, Bea. Nasa maayos na kalagayan na ang pamilya mo. 'Yun ang importante." mahinahon niyang sabi, pero may bahid parin ng pag-aalala ang boses niya.
Hindi na ako nagsalita at pilit na huminahon.

I leaned on my seat and looked outside the window. Paalis na kami ngayon. I didn't even know how the hell did Alysia get a plane ticket for this flight. May kapit siguro sa itaas, mayaman nga naman. I told her that I should go alone, pero hindi ito pumayag. She said that it would be better if she go with me. Buti nalang talaga at nakapag-ayos na ako ng bagahe bago nangyari ang insidente. Aly just packed enough clothes, hindi naman kasi siya magtatagal. One of the reason why I wanted to stay up all night is because my flight was too early and I don't want to missed it. Kaya 'eto ako ngayon, kahit na puyat hindi ako nakakaramdam ng antok dahil sa pag-aalala.
"Bea, you need to sleep. Buntis ka kaya 'wag kang magpupuyat. Makakasama 'yan sa bata." Aly said, concerned about my situation.
"I'm sorry, I can't stop thinking about my family..." and also Caleb. But I didn't said that. Pinigilan ko ang sarili kong mag-alala sa kanya dahil alam kong ito ang tama.
"They will be okay. Stop worrying about it. Things will be fine" she held my hand and squeezed it gently. Ngumiti siya kaya napangiti narin ako.
Pinilit kong matulog at kumain sa buong byahe. Aly was just watching a movie nang magising ako. I looked at the sunrise outside my window.
"Beautiful.." I whispered as I admire the beauty of God's creation..
Ilang minuto din akong nakatitig sa labas ng bintana bago ko itinuon ang aking atensiyon sa flight attendant na nagsasalita sa harap.
"... On behalf of Philippine Airlines and the entire crew, I’d like to thank you for joining us on this trip and we are looking forward to seeing you on board again in the near future. Have a nice day." heard her say.
