Birthday Party

Today, I turned 23 and I couldn't believe it. I was happy that it was my birthday but I had no idea what I wanted to do today. I was not gonna perform tonight so I better make the best of it. But when I was sleeping, Olivia hugged me right away and I quickly woke up.

Olivia: "HAPPY BIRTHDAY ALE!"

I laughed.

Alessia: "Oh my gosh, you actually scared me! Thank you so much!"

Olivia bought a gift.

Olivia: "I wasn't give you it right now, i actually wanted to surprise you with it. But i figured you deserved it."

Alessia: "Awww, you didn't have to buy a gift for me."

Olivia: "You deserved something just amazing as you are."

I opened the gift and it was a best friend charm. 

Alessia: "Awww Liv, this is so sweet. Thank you so much."

Olivia: "Anything for my best friend."

We hugged.

Olivia: "Come on."

Alessia: "Let me get changed first."

Olivia: "Okay."

Olivia headed to meet up with the others and i showered and got changed into a black dress and I did makeup. I headed out and everyone screamed happy birthday.

Shawn and everyone else: "HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!"

Alessia: (smiles) "Thank you guys so much."

Olivia: "So, do you wanna go and hang out at Starbucks together?"

Alessia: "Yeah, we can do that."

Olivia: "Okay."

Me and Olivia hung out at Starbucks for about an hour and then came back. My phone was blown up by birthday wishes from fans and family so I answered most of them. Some of the birthday wishes were so sweet. I also received a birthday wish from Shawn even though if he said happy birthday to me before.

Shawn's birthday message on his instagram: "Happy birthday to most amazing and the most beautiful best friend in the world. I am so glad we've been best friends for such a long time and that we've shared such fun memories together. You are one of a kind, Alessia. I wish you the best today. Much love. -Shawn

His birthday message was so sweet that it touched my heart. I replied back to his story.

My reply: "Awwww Shawn, thank you so much! I'm so glad you are my best friend and i'm so thankful that you're in my life! You are amazing and so sweet! You're the best!"

After answering a lot of birthday wishes, I had the opportunity to meet some fans since I wasn't performing tonight and I got some gifts from fans. It was the best time ever. And later during the night, Shawn was the only one who was performing. While he was on stage, he sang me happy birthday with his fans and i recorded it. It was so sweet. 

The final thing that happened on my birthday was my surprise party. Everyone was in a room waiting for me and my manager walked me in to the room. When I walked in, everyone yelled.

Everyone: "SURPRISE!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY ALESSIA!"

I was so surprised and so speechless. I couldn't believe everyone planned this for me. 

Alessia: "AWWWW YOU GUYS DID THIS FOR ME?"

Olivia: "Well, we weren't the ones who did it. It was Shawn who did this for you."
