I was now sitting with the others while the doctor was checking with Alessia. We were all worried, we didn't understand how Alessia would faint like that. If someone poisoned her with the food she ate, I'm gonna murder that person who did it. 

Cristina: "What happened with Mom?"

Shawn: "I'm not sure.."

Ava: "Hope it's not something bad."

Shawn: "I hope not too, I am assuming it might be what she ate or something.."

Ariana: "She got food poisoning?"

Shawn: "Maybe, but i'm not sure."

Ava: "I just hope she's gonna be okay."

Shawn: "Me too."

I didn't wanna wait any longer so I asked the doctor if I could come in and she allowed me in. I saw Alessia lying flat on the bed but was finally awake, but was crying.

Shawn: "Ale, why are you crying?"

Alessia: (sobs) "I-I don't know how to tell you this.."

Shawn: "What's wrong?"

Doctor: "She had a miscarriage..."

Shawn: "What? How?"

Doctor: "She just wasn't aware that she was pregnant and the baby somehow died. We had to get the baby out of her system."

Hearing that just made me mad, upset and was shocked. 

Shawn: "HOW did you not know this?"

Alessia: "I didn't get any symptoms till now..."

Doctor: "And there's something else.."

Shawn: "What?"

Doctor: "Alessia has been diagnosed with appendix."

Shawn: "What is that?"

Doctor: "It's a severe pain you get on the side of your stomach, you need to get surgery to prevent it from bursting."

Shawn: "What happens when it bursts?"

Doctor: "She dies."

Hearing that Alessia was gonna die had me even more worried. She couldn't die.

Shawn: "When do we do the surgery?"

Doctor: "Whenever you're ready to do it."

Shawn: "How much is it?"

Doctor: "$5,000."

Shawn: "Okay.."

Doctor: "I'll give you a date of when the surgery can be done and I'll update you on how it goes, but for now, just take caution. And she's not going to be able to perform till she does the surgery and after she does it."

Shawn: "Okay, doc."

The doctor left.

Shawn: "I CAN'T believe you were pregnant and wasn't aware of it!"

She was crying again.

Alessia: "I-I didn't know, Shawn...I didn't get any symptoms...it just happened without me even knowing it..."

Shawn: "DO YOU KNOW how that makes me feel?"

Alessia: "I'M...SORRY! YOU can't just blame it all on me!"

Shawn: "OH REALLY? WHAT SHOULD I BLAME IT ON? THE BABY? BECAUSE THE BABY IS DEAD NOW AND I CAN'T GET TO HOLD IT!"

Alessia: "Shawn, don't make me scream..! I have appendix! This pain way too serious for me to be yelling...i can't believe you're upset with me for this, pregnancy happens unexpectedly. I didn't know we were gonna have another one.."

Shawn: "Yeah sure, you didn't know.."

Alessia: (sobs) "I can't believe you're acting like this....."

Shawn: "A miscarriage was the last thing this family needed! Why did it have to happen now? You couldn't just take tests, couldn't you?"

Alessia: "I wasn't aware, it's not my fault...."

Shawn: "It is your fault, you're the one that was carrying the child!"

 She wanted to scream but before she could respond, the pain started bothering her again. The pain was really bad. I tried to sit beside her.

Alessia: (sobs) "DON'T touch me...!"

Shawn: "Why not?"

Alessia: (sobs) "You know why!"

Shawn: "I didn't mean to overreact okay? This was your fault!"

Alessia: "I just don't wanna be near you right now..!"

Shawn: "Fine, i'll get out of here!"

I left the room as i was frustrated. I wasn't expecting for us to have a fourth child but i was really upset with Alessia for not being aware of it and now she was diagnosed with appendix which hurt me. Appendix was a serious disease that needed to be taken care of immediately. I couldn't have Alessia die. I needed Alessia even though if I was angry with her. The girls was asking what was wrong but I didn't pay attention to them and i headed outside. I was too upset to explain what happened. So they comforted Alessia.

A/N: Yikes! Alessia was diagnosed with appendix and had a miscarriage! Will Alessia survive through the appendix and will Shawn find it in his heart to forgive Alessia? Find out in the next one! Till next time everyone!
