Happiness is difficult.
Your soul works to be happy and it strives to achieve happiness.
And once you've found it, you work really hard to maintain it.
Your job can bring you immense happiness. You gain a purpose in life. A purposeful life can be one of great merit.
You can love your job so much that you can't imagine not having it.
But there can be gremlins in your job too. Demotivation, unappreciation, lack of wholesome communication... Gremlins.
When gremlins attack your job and it threatens your happiness,
it makes you think? Is the job worth it? Or is the happiness worth it?
Happiness is not a small thing. Some assume that to sacrifice happiness for a job is fine, but to sacrifice a job for happiness is the most bizarre thing in the world.
Is it? Is it strange to give up your soul's goal for a monetary one? I mean- if you had the opportunity or if you were secure enough- would you continue at a job where your heart was denied its happiness?
