"Are you hungry?" I asked partly cause I heard her stomach growl but partly cause she was now digging into me when I wanted to dig into her. "What? No let's just focus on the assignment" she said frustrated. "Come on" I said standing up "you can't work on an empty stomach lets go to the diner" I said reaching out my hand. She didn't take my hand instead she said "how about let's go to the diner order our food to go and you can ask me the question for the assignment on the way over". "As you wish" I said and with that she got up and started walking. "So what is the biggest obstacle you've ever faced?" I said trying not to waste any time. "Learning how to make puff pastry" she said. "Come on, I'm not stupid your whole life can't be about baking" I said. "Who says?" She asked annoyed. "Nobody's biggest obstacle is based on something they love to do that's what makes it what we love to do" I said. She didn't say anything, "what about your family?" I asked. "Don't your parents play in a band?" I asked to get her to keep talking. She stopped dead in her tracks "how do you know that?" She said angrily. "I listen to a lot of alternative music, plus Marigold is pretty popular around Brooklyn, they're one of the self made bands who made it" I said trying to not sound like a stalker. "What about them?" She said getting increasingly frustrated. "Well wasn't it hard for you when they started to tour?" I asked. "No." she responded and with that she stormed into the diner to place her order.
