Till We Meet Again

Chapter 7

"I can't wait to see the General," Mina smiled as she makes herself beautiful by the natural cosmetics. Her makeup is different from mine in my year, it's kind of a painting because she is using a brush, while the modern uses sponges and brushes.

"You're going to meet the general?" Sana smiles as she heard Mina's statement.

"Yup. That's why I have to look very beautiful. Right?" Mina smiled at her.

When Jeongyeon heard that, she looked at me confusingly. I just smiled at her. She has to trust me. I took my notebook under the pillow and starts writing.

'dear diary,

tonight, i'm going to set up the general and mina for their wonderful date. i just hope this will work. if the general falls in love with mina, then i am sure she will back out the challenge. and when she did that she will no longer be killed. it's very hard for me to determine who will kill the general because all of them looks a killer to me, not by their looks..but by their behavior. they all look greedy for the power except the general... she don't deserved to be killed.

but diary, why is that making mina and the general date makes my heart ache?

it's bad to have a crush on the general because i'm not supposed to be here and i won't stay long. but the fact that she hugged me makes my heart beat fast. i wonder why? if i am right.. then.. i shouldn't felt that.

I hide my notebook and sealed it before putting it under my bed. I looked at Mina to check if she was already done and I am right, she is already done. She looks excited. Who wouldn't if you have a date with your crush right? I sighed, I just need to forget what happened this morning.

Mina stood up and looked at me. "Come on." She smiled. I nodded and followed her outside when Jeongyeon suddenly grabbed my hand.

"You better have to explain this." She told me

"Just trust me." I smiled before finally leaving the room. Mina hops as she walks she even sings. She really is excited and happy. When we arrived at the river, we saw the General leaning her back on the tree while facing the sky. Mina looks at me with a smile on her face.

"This is it." she smiled and she slowly walks to the General. I didn't followed her. Why would I? I will just ruin the moment if I did. I saw her bowing to the General and the General stood up immediately to bow too. I felt my heart aches for a moment, it's like someone pinched it. But I shook my head, you're here because of your mission Jennie and not to have a crush with someone.

I just turned around so that I won't be able to see them and I slowly walked away from them.

"What happened last night Mina?" I heard Sana asked Mina

"Come on tell us Mina." Tzuyu asked too.

I am washing the dishes while they are interrogating Mina. Mina smiled at them. "I will. But later," she even winked

I groaned as I heard her answer. I am peacefully washing the dishes when someone yelled at me.

"Don't you know to wash the dishes?!" I lifted my head up to see who's yelling at me. I saw Jihyo with her angry face as she holding the plate on her right hand.

"What's the problem?" I asked her nicely. I stopped washing the dishes using a cloth in the big tub

"What's the problem? This plate will be used for the prince and you couldn't even wash this properly?!" she asked me.
