CHAPTER 40 ••~*

I was taken back at the cafeteria and my mind is full of questions and with a swollen eyes.

"Hey Lizzie! I'm done eating,  you can order--- what happened to you!?" I sat on the chair in front of Mia, while she's checking me.

"Mia I-I know everything now" I cried on her shoulders not caring about those people who's watching me.

She caressed my hair "Shhhh, don't cry Lizzie... I'm here" She hugged me.

"I want to be mad but I can't" I wiped my tears..... My parents are both dead.

"Shhh, don't worry but what's the problem?" She sat beside me.

"Mia, I'm not a Khatwood" I said to her and it looks like she froze.

"Don't tell me you're an alien, OMG!!" She even covered her mouth from gasping.

I laugh a little and shook my head. "No, I'm not"

She smiled at me and nod, "I know, I'm just making you laugh"

"Mia, do you want to come to my coven??" I asked her suddenly.

"Your coven?? Is that okay??" She raised and eyebrow.

"I have to go there" I looked away.

She stare at me for too long, and it's kinda awkward... I know she doesn't want to come.

"Okay!! Let me just pack some clothes first hehe" She clapped her hands

I sighed in relief and nod at her.

When we finish eating, I decided to go Kayde's room to clear up things,  and to know the truth...

I knock on the door and wait for him to open it.

When no one is answering and I'm waiting here for almost a lot of minutes,  I decided to open it by myself.

And there they are playing video games.

I sigh and cleared my throat but they are not even giving me a glance!!

I cleared my throat again, hoping they would notice me but again nothing.

I don't want to do this but I don't have a choice so I snapped my fingers while staring deeply to the big TV.

In one snapped it turned off.

"What the hell!?" Saber looked at me with wide eyes.

"Lizzie!" Kayde quickly stand up and nervously drop the controller.

"H-how long have you been here?" He asked me.

"I just arrived" I shrugged.

"Okay do you need anything??" He asked me.

"I need us to--"

"Bruh!! We're almost about to win!! What the heck!" Saber looks like he was about to cry.

"Mia has food in the hospital" I said as excused.

His eyes instantly sparkled "Really!?"

I nod at him and he quickly ran to the door, "Sorry bro,  food first!" He laugh and left.

I heard Kayde sighed and smiled at me again "So do you need any--"

"When do you plan to tell me"I asked him.

"Huh??" He looks confused.

"Do you even have a plan to tell me?" I scoffed.

"What are you talking about Lizzie?" He asked me.
