Chapter 59: Monsters Suck. Like Really Suck.

I had just gotten to the Weasley's house when it happened. Another Hellhound. I almost passed out when I saw it. It was perched on the front steps when I first saw it.

"No one get out of the car." I said to them.

"What's wrong, dear?" Said Mrs. Weasley.

"There's a hellhound on your front porch. I'll go handle it. I'll come get you when its safe." I then proceeded to climb over Fred and slipped out then door. I pulled out my wand and locked the door behind me.

As I walked towards it I cast a protection spell around me. And once I was close enough to make sure that I got the shot I tapped my ring and Sunbeam sprang into my hands. The second I did that the hellhounds head snapped towards me. He began to walk slowly towards me and then with a giant leap pounced on me and broke right through my protection spell. He pinned me to the ground. My one hand was free so I reached for my and pulled out the little dagger Annie had given me and stabbed it in the side. It whimpered and so I just did it again. I stabbed it 5 more times before it turned to dust right in my face.

I pointed my wand at the car and said, "Alohamora."

The twins came bolting out of the car followed my Ginny and Ron.

"Karlee!" Yelled Fred. "Are you OK!?"

"I'm fi-AHHHH!" I yelled. I tried to stand up.

Mr and Mrs Weasley came rushing over with Percy.

"Oh dear!" She said. "You broke your leg!"

I looked down and saw that my bone was sticking out of my leg. "Wicked!" Said the twins.

Mrs Weasley pulled out her wand but I stopped her. "Mrs. Weasley. Please let me set it first. It's just I prefer to do this first. I do it like this in the Hospital Wing too."

"Oh of course, honey. Whatever you want."

I numbed it first and then began to push the bone back into my leg. Once it was in there I had Mrs Weasley mend it. They twins carried me inside since my leg was still numb. They set me up on the couch and I called mum.

"Hey mum." I said.

"Hey sweetie! What's up? You still coming home in an hour?" she asked.

"Um...well. I kinda got attacked by a hellhound and my bone broke through my leg so I'm gonna stay here for a day until its completely healed."

"Oh gods!" she said. "Are you OK? Do you need anything?"

"Yeah. I'm fine mum. Mrs. Weasley will take really good care of me. Plus the twins will be my slaves while I'm here."

"Hey!" shouted the twins.

Mum laughed. "Well as long as your OK. Love you. See you tomorrow."

"Love you too mum." I swiped my hand through the message and she disappeared. "Now! Where are my slaves!"
