When I woke up on Sunday morning, it took me a moment to remember why I felt so miserable and worried. Then the memory of the previous night rolled over me. I was laying on the couch with Fred in the Room of Requirement. I got up and slowly shook Fred awake.

"Hello, love," he said groggily.

"I'm gonna go see Poppy and then spend the day with Harry. And probably Ron, Bailey, and Mione too. I just feel like we should be together today." I said.

"OK. I'll see you later. Have fun." I kissed his forehead and stood up to leave. "But, love!" I turned back around. "Just wanted to warn you. Ron thinks you put your names in. And he's not happy about it either."

I clenched my fists in anger and gave Fred a small smile. "Thanks."

I walked down to Poppy's quickly. When I walked in she wasn't there. I looked in her office and saw her sitting behind her desk.

"Hey, Poppy," I said.

She looked up. "Oh, Karlee! I wasn't expecting you until later."

"Yeah, well I wanted to spend the day with Harry after what happened last night."

"Oh yes," she said. She didn't say anything as she grabbed my potion and forced me to drink it. "You may go."

"Poppy?" She looked up. "I didn't do it. You know I didn't. You've treated me every time I've almost gotten killed at this crazy place. You know that I would never volunteer to get hurt unless it was life or death. Right?" I could feel my eyes welling up. Poppy was the teacher here that I was closest to. I couldn't bear it if she was upset with me.

She saw the tears in my eyes and wrapped me in a hug. "I know, honey. I must have lost my mind for a minute there." She pulled away and held my shoulders. "You go find Harry. Your right. You will both need each other through this."

I smiled slightly and walked out of the Hospital Wing and to the Common Room. I walked up the stairs to the dormitory and saw Mione getting up.

"Hey," I said.

"Oh Karlee!" she hurried over to me and hugged me. "How was the full moon?"

"It was OK. Fred and George were mostly able to distract me from thinking about the tournament." She nodded sadly.

"I was going to get dressed and go down to breakfast. Care to join me?" She asked.

I nodded. "I'm going to take a quick shower though first."

She nodded as she started to pull some Muggle clothes out of her wardrobe. I did the same and then walked into the bathroom.

I turned the water on in the shower and stepped in. As the hot water hit me is melted away all of my bad thoughts. It didn't last for long though. As soon as I shut the water off and stepped out they came rushing back.

I sighed and got dressed. When I opened the door I saw Bailey and Mione both waiting for me.

Bailey came over and hugged me too. "How are you? A full moon and being entered into a death tournament? You must be freaking out."

"Kinda," I said. "Let's go down to breakfast."

They nodded and we climbed down the stairs. When I stepped into the Common Room the students that were in there all looked at me and then started to clap. I smiled slightly as I pulled Mione and Bailey out the portrait hole quickly.

A few minutes later the same thing happened in the Great Hall. But they didn't clap. Most of them glared at me and then started muttering to their friends. I rolled my eyes and sat down.
